Increasing stretching time
I have been doing the newbie routine for a little over 2 weeks now. According to it, I should roughly double the amount of time I spend stretching over the course of 6 weeks. My question is, since all the stretches start out for 30 seconds, does this mean I should eventually be stretching for 60 seconds? Or should I do a 30 second stretch, stop, and then repeat it?
Unrelated question: when I do my stretches my penis always looks fine immediately after all the stretches. However as I’ve increased the length of time on the left and right BTC stretches (by far the least comfortable stretch for me) my penis becomes rather wilted looking (both in terms of girth and length) immediately after those two stretches (and only those two). Am I doing something wrong here? Am I even supposed to be doing BTC stretches in the left and right direction?
