Injury or overtrained?

After 2 months of PE I think I might have permanently injured myself.
Routine: 2 day on 1 day off, was at 70 jelqs per workout. 5 minute warm up and down.
Injury: I was just jelqing as regular, when I got distracted and erect jelqed for a few strokes. After that my penis went from hard to soft instantly. That was yesterday, and I was unable to get a working erection (not above 70-80%) from that moment. I had some morning wood this morning that I can vaguely recall off.
I’m worried because I read a similar thread about a guy that had the same happen to him and he’s condition seems to be permanent.
Aside from EQ problems, I have no problems. No pain, flaccid looks and feels normal.
Does this look like some overtraining ? I do squeeze pretty hard while jelqing.. I just hope I overtrained and it will be over in a few days/weeks. Or does this sound like something permanent?
