Involuntary Contractions of my BC muscle causing PE

Hi everyone! I am 23 years old and new here and I have a question about Kegel’s. I have been doing a Kegel routine for about a couple of weeks now and I have seen very good results in terms of how long my erection stays, the firmness and how easy it is to get it up, however, I have been dealing with extreme premature ejaculation for a while now, sometimes when I have sex with my girlfriend I can only enter her, if I start to thrust I immediately ejaculate, I have ejaculated in as little as 15 seconds. I have recently read that kegel’s can make this even worse by tightening the pelvic floor muscles and causing involuntary contractions, then it hit me. I have always had involuntary contractions, when laying in bed I can randomly feel it “pulse” out of nowhere, and it does so throughout the day, so I started practicing reverse kegel’s to counter act this.

I started paying attention to my reverse kegels though, and feeling my pelvic muscles as I do them and when I reverse Kegel, the only muscle that has any pushing out movement at all is my PC muscle (Which I believe is the one close to the anus) and my BC muscle has no movement whatsoever (Which is closer to the back of the penis). I have tried everything to try and “push out” my BC muscle but I only feel movement in my PC muscle. Then I realized something as well, my involuntary contractions are of the most part only of my BC muscle. So the problem with my premature ejaculation seems to be my BC muscle, and I am not quite sure how to fix it because I feel no movement in it when I reverse Kegel. SO should I stop Kegeling? I have seen great results in terms of erections quality and strength, but I need to fix the PE problem as well.

I believe this has been caused by keeping my BC and PC muscles clenched during masturbation as a teenager, out of habit. I’m not quite sure what to do about this, some expert opinions would be appreciated. I have started using the Kegel app called Stamena

Do more reverse kegels and your problem will be solved. Do 3 times more reverse kegels than regular ones. I had the same problem. Reverse kegel everyday and kegel 3 days a week.

My app that I use matches the amount of kegels I do with the same amount of reverse kegels directly afterward. So right now I’m doing 50/50 within the same workout, twice or 3 times a day. But my involuntary kegels seem to still be getting worse because the reverse kegels seem to only target my PC muscle and not BC. Do you have a good reverse Kegel routine that I can use in conjunction with my regular 50/50 routine? I’m think of trying to consciously keep my muscles relaxed all the time as much as possible as well to see if that helps

I’m thinking of doing my Kegel routine every other day while doing the same exercises and duration with reverse kegels directly after, around 2 or 3 times a day on those days, while doing just reverse kegels on the days in between, so it would work out to about 3 times more reverse kegels than regular kegels, does this sound like it will work?

Need an explanation of proper reverse Kegel technique

I would like to target my BC muscle during reverse kegels so I can cure my premature ejaculation. What is the proper reverse Kegel technique? When I do it I have to flex my abs to push

Yes, a bit. Work on your deep breathing while doing them.

If I cut back that much on my regular kegels and do a lot more reverse kegels will I still keep the benefits like erection strength and quality? I find reverse kegels weaken regular kegels

Need the perfect Kegel to reverse Kegel ratio to combat premature ejaculation

I have severe premature ejaculation, I have involuntary contractions of my BC muscle constantly, I figure this is what is causing my premature ejaculation. I want to continue kegels because I notice erection quality benefits from it, but what is the proper ratio of kegels to reverse kegels to maintain the benefits of the kegels but cure my PE?

Do 10-10 second kegel holds Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Do about 20-10 second reverse kegel holds everyday. When it gets more balanced you will be able to cut back the reverse kegels to every other day. I cut back the reverse kegels when I was able to have sex for more than 10 straight minutes without the urge to hold back ejaculation.

Reverse kegels don’t reverse the benefits of regular kegels. Try to keep your questions in one thread.

The key is to get a balanced pelvic floor which you can control.
So if you do normal kegels, do them fully aware and consciously contract and consciously let go of them.
Edging and beeing aware of your kegels in response to stimulation is good. Then play around with reverse kegels during edging and notice the difference between how you react and can modulate stimulation reponses/involuntary kegels.

Doing kegels a la weight training.. 100 bc kegels and then 200 reverse kegels can be part of a training but wont give you pelvic floor control.

Yes it can and will. I didn’t edge during the time I cured my involuntary contractions.
