I am going to follow what you said and do a lot more reverse kegels than regular kegels. I just don’t want the reverse kegels to overwhelm the regular kegels and cause an imbalance in the opposite direction, but I guess I will know if that happens if my normal kegels become weaker, correct? I will focus on increasing strength on kegels and reverse kegels while continuing to keep the ratio about 70:30 of reverse kegels to regular kegels, I am going to follow my own Kegel plan to achieve this though. If anyone has any suggestions about my plan, I’d appreciate it

So I’ve been doing reverse kegels religiously for almost a week now and I can already notice a difference, especially today, things just seemed to loosed uo down there and the reverse Kegel movement feels much more natural now, when I put my fingers on my taint area and do a reverse Kegel I can actually feel the whole area stretch and push out now. My involuntary kegels are also starting to go away already. How can I make sure that I don’t over stretch and loosen the muscle too much though if I’ve already made this much progress in the matter of a few days? Like I keep saying, I want to keep my EQ and keep my strength down there as well as flexibility. I do notice that make Kegel holds feel slightly weaker since starting reverse kegels

Honestly, you are putting way too much emphasis on the kegeling part of Penis Enlargement. You are letting it weigh on your mind like a gambling addiction. Think less about it. Do less of it. Do more active PE. Then…you’ll see gains and improvement in other areas of your journey and be able to come back to kegeling as a concept and backbone of your workouts later on.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

I am just going to second what gold said. You are focused way too much on kegels. The benefits aren’t infinite and it will get to a point where they won’t benefit you more than they already do.

I actually have no desire to stretch, jelly or do any other penis enlargement exercises that have to do with actually physically lengthening and thickening the penis. My main focus is on creating a balanced pelvic floor to keep from premature ejaculation, and to support harder erections which will in turn increase the size somewhat even if by a fraction. My goals are to strengthen, condition and balance the muscles surrounding and supporting my penis, for a healthier penis. In terms of physically increasing size, I am content in that depart having been born with an abnormally large one already. Right now I am focusing on curing the tension in my pelvic floor which was causing premature ejaculation, but just want to make sure I don’t create an imbalance in the opposite direction

Well harping on the same questions every single day is not going to get you new answers. You have to decide your progress for yourself as well as your method. But manuals and getting accustomed to being aroused and friction can help with Premature Ejaculation.

It’s up to you. But Kegeling isn’t the only means to stop premature ejaculation. PE has sideline benefits and give it a search in the bar. There’s some things people take for it I think I’ve seen touched on in a few threads.

I hear what you’re saying. I’ll stick with my current routine for a month or two and the see where I’m at, I’ll quit posting on here every day about until then. Before I go though Would anyone be able to work out my routines ratio of reverse kegels to kegels? I’m brain dead when it comes to math and want to know where my starting point is. So on Monday, Wednesday and Friday I do my Kegel routine then directly after I do my reverse kegels with the same amount of reps and sets, I do that 3 times a day. And on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday I just do the reverse Kegel portion leaving out the kegels, 3 times a day as well. And Sunday I take a day off and repeat starting Monday.

If involuntary bc kegels are the problem then make sure you train doing reverse kegels when they happen. Edging and then provoking the bc involuntary situations but trying to override them with rev kegels.

Control is as important as strength if not more..

You know it’s like a bodybuilder thinking he can box cause he has muscles.

I think I may be going through the same thing, when masturbating I would constantly squeeze like doing a kegel but hold it for a long time, and when I would not squeeze I would loose my erection pretty easily so would doing reverse kegels help this out as well?

Tantric instruction that is teaching me told me that most premature ejaculation can be cured by strengthening the PC muscles. i.e. weak pelvic floor is the cause.
