Is It Possible To See Gains After Only Three Days

Last night I grabbed hold of my penis, and something felt a bit different. I took out the tape measure, and I appear to me measuring 1/8-3/16” longer than I was. I didn’t measure girth, but it seems to be increased a bit too.

Is it possible that these are gains already, or is it just the “pump effect” from my jelqs?
