Is My Routine Insane? - Newbie

Is My Routine Insane? - Newbie

Hi,

I’m a newbie with PE. I’m starting at 5 inch ErectπŸ˜”.
I’m starting my PE journey begin April because I got circumcised begin March.

Since I work 3 days at home:
6 hours of stretching with the pro penimaster extender. After each hour I take a break of 15min.
I’m also gonna use the totalman heatpad every first 30min of the stretch.

5 days a week + 2 days but only 4 hours

In May:
Sames routine but I will also add hanging of 2 hours in morning or evening with Totalman vac hanger.
7 days on 7.

+

I will be pumping once a day for 5 to 10min max. ( I will heat the pump first with a heatpad and then stick my dick in it) + ( I will also start in may to take cialis 2.5g a day)

Goal: reach 6 inches in lenght in July and 7inch in October.

End goal 7inch
Dream goal: 7.8 to 8 inch

Are my routines crazy ?
Should I add a warm-up or something in my routine ?
Should I spend more time hanging instead of stretching ?
Any advice is welcome.

Have you done any PE previously? This looks like a very aggressive routine.

Are you aware of the newbie routine? Many guys have had success starting with it and it has the added benefit of conditioning your penis to be ready for other more complex PE activities as the newbie gains slow down.

You can find it here:

No, I haven’t done any PE.
Because I want to gain very fast 1 inch in july, I’m starting with a aggressive program.
Depending on how I feel I can do less if start hurting.

When I start, I will share my progress.

Also instead of pumping, I will be doing some (light) clamping.

You have a very aggressive goal: 1” by July and another 1” by October or 2” in 6 months. We think of a 1” gain taking 12 months to achieve. I encourage you to re think your goals to a more realistic one.

Some guys have gained more quickly than 1”/year but I am unaware of anyone achieving 2” in half a year. Guys with unrealistic goals tend to get disillusioned when they are not achieving their timeline and quit or try more risky activities and get injured, sometimes seriously. I hope you are not one of those guys.

Your extender program is ok but will take dedication for 6 hrs daily. Increasing heat pad use from 30 minutes would be my recommendation.

Pay close attention to your PI’s which can guide you to a successful PE program and most importantly reduce or prevent injuries.

The word “fast” should never be used in talking about PE. The only thing fast in PE are injuries.

I like that you have a plan laid out. Thinking this stuff through is pretty important.
That said I think your time frames/goals are too aggressive.

Heating with the FIR pad while extending has the potential to payoff. I;m curious about that approach.
Just not sure that I’d jump in straight to 6 hours per day. Maybe start at 1 hour per day with the goal of working up to 6 hours per day over 3 months?

Start a log and log something everyday even if it’s “I did nothing”. It will go long way to helping you stay consistent.

BPEL: 5.5" --> 7.9" ; BPFSL: ~5.6" --> 8.5"

Mate first of all, we love you. Whatever people advice here is because we care, not because we do not support you.
Injuries are real, and it is not fun. Rethink your goals. Take it slow.

I have learned this in bodybuilding. I was training hard every session until someone told me off in the gym. I realised how I kept getting injuries and tendonitis is because of how hard I train with 0 to very minimal results. My approach now is different. I devoted myself to learn first. Read a lot from experience of veterans, scientific studies and research. PE is no different. There are so many people that were injured in the past. Read about their stories. In addition, this forum is rich with information. There are veterans in the past who thought what you are thinking right now and realised it did more harm than good. Do more reading than PE itself. Almost all of them advocates taking it slow.

Thanks everybody for the feedback!
It’s true that I have to be more carefull of injuries with my program.
Based on the feedback I will start at 2 hours a day and work my way up to 6.
One of the thing I learned from the veterans on this platform was the more time you put in PE the faster the gains.
This is the reason I wanted to start with 6h go even to 8h if I can.

I’m starting soon a progress thread with my progress.
Still waiting until all my stitches are goneπŸ˜” before I start with PE.

Mrjackmani, these people are right. It’s good that you have a spirit, but caution is also needed when you are just starting out. I’m saying this, even though I am the type of guy who will hang for hours with enormous weight, if he knows this will pay off eventually. So what should you do? Start slowly, watch how your cock takes the exersize’s toll and build up on that. Don’t go too much too fast, you aren’t a German soldier in the 1940s and just listen to your cock. It will tell you what it needs.

Your workout sounds like to me like this:

You want to work out at the gym to get defined, big muscles. You set a target date for how big you hope to be. You’ve never lifted weight before, though, and haven’t ever worked out for muscle growth. So normally, for say, biceps, you might start at 10 or 15lb. dumbbells. Sounds light, right? If you lift properly, reps are correct and full, and you have a workout plan for sets, time, breaks, etc., you will be sore as fuck and not be able to do biceps for days. Next time you work them out, you might just start with 15lbs. and then go up to 20lb. dumbbells for a set or two. Then, rest and recoop. Then, in some days, back to it with hopes of adding a little more weight but only through complete, proper reps.

Your workout plan from the start sounds like this: you want massive biceps ASAP so instead of starting with light weight to properly grow, you instead want to start with 35lb. dumbbells. And before you have time to heal, which is growth time, you jump up to 40 or 45lb. dumbbells with the expectations of being able to curl 65lbs. in a few months. I don’t care how strong or perfect you are, this is impossible. I trained my ASS off for years and the most I could ever lift biceps was 45lb. dumbbells clean for 8 reps. It took years to get up to that.

I gained an inch or so in my first year of PE. I did very light jelqing and stretches only. No hanging. No pumping or clamping or anything (back then I don’t think anyone was clamping even…). Started slow, gradually and safely added more reps and time and never got injured in the least and I grew. Size stayed on and is permanent.

Why do you want to be an inch longer by July? Is something happening in your life that requires you to be larger down there? Be safer and not sorry! Work smarter and not harder. These mottos relate to everything in life, even our penis ;)

Starting length, Spring 2003: bpel 6 3/8", bpfsl ~6 1/2", flaccid ~3-4" (never measured flaccid stretched or hanging flaccid; starting girth was probably ~5"-5 1/4")

Summer 2004: bpel 7 7/8", bpfsl 8 1/8", flaccid ~4", erect girth 5.3"

Spring 2018: bpel 7 1/4", bpfsl 7 5/8", erect girth 5 1/8"; Spring 2020: bpel 7 3/4", bpfsl 8", erect girth 5 3/8". Current - August 2023: bpel 7 3/4", bpfsl 8", erect girth mid shaft 5 1/4" (5 1/2" at base)

If you put it in that way, I understand how crazy I sound!! I will start slow and increase by week.

In july, I will travel and I will have a lot of actions if you know what I mean, so I need that extra inch.

Everyone is telling you that this will not happen. Trying for this goal will result in injury or, at best, frustration with PE.

What the veterans mean about putting time into PE is months and years; not a couple of months. If you end up not giving up it will be a disaster as you simply don’t wont to listen to the great advice you have been given.

Just start slow and light now, you may gain an 1/8” or who knows what by July, just do NOT over do it!

Remember: girls love a hard dick more than a big soft one. If it ain’t hard its worthless to a woman. You can get some crazy action in July so long as you aren’t injured down there!

You know what might happen? You will lose your dick on July and that will be marked forever as your worst holiday ever. Then, you will hate this forum and say PE does not work.

Since you have a minimum time to prepare, I would say, work on your stamina and endurance. I willingly would trade some of my lengths for a harder dick and to last longer in bed ya know
