Is newbie routine really good for newbies

Hi there, I am 20, 14,5cm BPEL, I was doing newbie routine for 2 months, after jelqing, the penis was pumped like muscle after workout, but there are no gains.. I don’t know what to do.
1. What was your gains after newbie routine?
2. If there was no gains, have you ever get gains with something else??
3. Have you gained using something other(1st time jelqing) than newbie routine?

I am really pissed off with my 14,5cm :( I have girlfriend with little bit wider pelvis(that bone in the center of body) and 14,5cm is really not enough.. I don’t know what to do

Yes the newbie routine is good. Form is key when jelqing. I am in my 5th month of PE and I am still getting my form right. I was able to receive good gains from the newbie routine.


Then 01/15/08 EBPL: 6.25 EG 5.10 Now 10/05/09 EBPL 7.75 EG 5.25 Girth work for 103 days.

New Short Term Goal: EBPL 8.0 EG 5.5 Lifetime goal 9x6.5 PE log and journal

You can’t question a routine unless you are on it for some time. I started my PE with a far less intensive routine than the newbie one here. Still I got result.

1. Gain varies individually

2. If there is no gain, most likely you are not doing it right. Try doing newbie routine again correctly

3. Jelqing is included in newbie. I can’t understand your question.

No, it wasn’t a silly question. It was a good one coming from someone who didn’t know. The only silly or dumb question is one that isn’t asked. Remember that Springer, and play nicely with others.

Razielicek, this isn’t a sprint, so you may or may not see gains in the first few months. Be patient, keep reading here and trying to find the answers on your own, the search function is wonderful, frustrating sometimes, but overall quite good. And if you still can’t find something, ask, that is what we are here for. What might help is if you stated what it is you are doing for the newbie routine and then the fellas can better gauge their responses to you in how to tweak something.

And as a gentle reminder, try to use the spell check to help you proof read your posts. I use it all of the time and I’m fairly good at spelling and still make mistakes.

Razielicek, the newbie routine is the best. I no longer PE since I surpassed our goal (wife and I), but I did the newbie for about 2.5 months and then started the advanced exercises. I saw good gains on the newbie that I decided to stay on the newbie and use it as a warm up right before my clamping exercise, you know like a football player would warm up before a game. It’s a great exercise and it doesn’t take that much time to do, but like everything else in building the body, the key is consistency. You have to be consistent and patient. Don’t jump into the more advanced exercise to soon cause it may stop any type of gains or injure you. All of us are different, some are fast gainers and some are not, but while PEing, be positive even if you don’t see any gains right away, that way you will stay consistent.

I see good results on the newbie routine. I have been PEing for about 2 months now and am very happy with the results. I plan on staying on it as long as the gains keep coming.

Dont worry PE might be something really time consuming and it will take time for you to get the hang of things. Damn I couldnt gain shit in about 8 months and suddenly I have almost gained an inch in about 9 months so just go for it.

July 10 :6.15 nbp (6.65 bp)X 4.8

Goal: 6.75 nbp (7.1 bp) x 5.1 Final goal : 7.25 nbp x 5.3

The newbie program is there to condition your cock for more advanced work outs later.


Current stats march 2008= Nbel 6.75 Bpel 7.5 Eg 5.5

Goal by the end of next year Nbel 8.5 Eg 6.5
