Is there a device for the newbie Routine?
Hi everyone!
I’m in desperate need for a device that minimises the pressure that I need to apply on both of my wrists because I have tendonitis.
Just skipping the newbie routine and starting with something like hanging is not an option for me, because I want length and girth (and especially don’t want any injuries).
What do you guys think?
Is there a way to do the newbie routine with injured wrists?
