Hey everybody. Been doing my PE for a few weeks now and feeling good about it. Haven’t really done a whole lot of edging because I am afraid of losing gains from overdoing my workouts. I have been looking for information about proper times to edge and haven’t really found anything out there other than people doing it immediately after a workout and being fine. So I guess what I am wondering is if it matters when you edge at all, for example, right after a workout, a couple hours after a workout, or waiting to edge until you take a day off to give your body a chance to rest. Also does ejaculating make a difference or not? Appreciate any advice you guys can give.

I find the best time to edge, is whenever I have time to do it. I’ll do short edging sessions throughout the day and longer ones before bed, usually. I edge without ejaculating because I’ve been told it’s better for girth growth and becoming multi-orgasmic. It’s been over two months now since ejaculating, for me. I do orgasm, but with no release. Once you get past the initial blue balls, you’ll be a changed man keeping those loads. You’ll have more energy and better erections. At least I do.

I feel like edging is unnecessary workload and I only ever do it because I want to masturbate. With your main PE it should be enough to cause growth and complete rest between workouts is also very valuable. Like enough sleep is very important for morning wood and focus etc.

I really only masturbate to get the erection level back on track. Edging then sometimes follow through as a result.

Assuming sex doesn’t happen that often, I also think it’s ideal outside of sessions. Important to use the sex organ in a natural way.
