Is there a "right" time to edge
Hey everybody. Been doing my PE for a few weeks now and feeling good about it. Haven’t really done a whole lot of edging because I am afraid of losing gains from overdoing my workouts. I have been looking for information about proper times to edge and haven’t really found anything out there other than people doing it immediately after a workout and being fine. So I guess what I am wondering is if it matters when you edge at all, for example, right after a workout, a couple hours after a workout, or waiting to edge until you take a day off to give your body a chance to rest. Also does ejaculating make a difference or not? Appreciate any advice you guys can give.
