It hurts when I do aided Inverted V Stretches
Just started this again. I’m using a pull cue which I put at the top of my thigh then just pulling the dick over and in a slight downward movement. The pressure against the underside(CS chamber hurts), I think it’s like a nerve or something but it can hurt all the way up, I don’t even bend the top part at all because it hurts to much. Is this normal.or am I doing it wrong.
