JAI Stretching Works?
Hey guys, I have been around PE for over a decade but I always lacked consistency due to life getting in the way. I started again about two weeks ago, in a good head space this time and I have been looking to go for mainly length. I remember a while back that Johann had introduced his JAI stretches.
Has anyone besides Johann been successful with gains sole from JAI stretches? If so could you relate your routine and gains?
