I jelq prior to pumping to warm up really good, get the chambers ready for serious blood, and to reduce irritations and issues like edema and red spots.
I warm up, of course, before anything I do, stretches, jelq, pumping.
I do like 300-500 jelqs prior to pumping. Then between my short sets (I warm up with 2-3minute long sets at low pressure for 10 minutes, then I do 10 minute long sets at 3-4hg) I jelq at least 100 reps. Every time I break between time in the cylinder, jelqing. I get so much fatter and my pumped dick gets quite big. It always was just common sense to jelq before pumping starts, jelq between sets, and jelq after for a warm down. Color gets back to normal, everything looks good, it feels really good too.
