What are your experience of the best sequence: Jelqing before or after pumping?

I like a light jelqing session after pumping.

Goal: BPEL 7.5" x MSEG 5"

As part of my routine I do hot water pumping with a bathmate

Before I do a set of 50 light jelqs (under shower) to get the blood flowing and stretch out the tissue whilst getting semi erect
After I do 2 sets of 50 medium jelqs (under shower) to help bring in fresh blood, also seems to help with discolouration

Avocet8 has achieved great results with 5 minute jelq sessions between pump sets. I can’t do jelqs due to a skin problem, otherwise I would also use them between sets.

How about during?

OK, you can’t actually jelq while you’re pumping, but you can take a break periodically during your pumping session and do a little light massage or jelqing. That’s what I do.

Jelqing before pumping can help with warmup and tissue elasticity.

Jelqing during helps circulation and distribution of fluids.

Jelqing after helps circulation, distribution of fluids, and gives a little extra ‘stretch’ to those now-warm and elastic tissues which are now more receptive to a little extra stretch.

All three sound like a good idea to me.


For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.

I do the before during and after for the reasons lampwick mentioned.
