Its not that one of the jelqs is “better” than the other, its purely down to personal preference.
Some say that dry jelqs target girth, whereas wet jelqs target length, but then some will debate that its down to erection level whilst jelqing, not whether you wet or dry jelq.
As you’re a newbie I would suggest the wet jelq. I personally went a little overboard on dry jelqs when I was a newbie, and couldnt get a 100% erection for 2 weeks.
The newbie routine should take maybe 25 minutes, and doesnt have to be done all in one go. Do the stretching whilst in the bath/shower or something, save time that way.
