I think LOT Theory screwed a lot of people out of potential gains when it came to hanging. People with low LOT’s would hang “upper angles” and some didn’t even both with BTC & SD. Don’t be one of those guys when it comes to hanging. I’ve had gains and been PE’ing since September and my “LOT” hasn’t changed one bit. If I remember correctly the theory stated as you stretched the ligs the LOT would change?… No change, and still making gains.
I don’t however agree with raybbay that jelquing is a length exercise. Normal jelquing in my opinion helps build the new highways “blood vessels” to the new cells that have been created from more traumatic exercises such as stretching, hanging, clamping, uli’s etc. I think a lot of newbie gains come from our penises finally getting full blood flow after stretching the arteries, veins, and capillaries to accommodate our tissue size.
Once your newbie gains stall out I’d say you’re conditioned to your current size and it’s time to start using more traumatic exercises, slow and responsibility of course.
