JP90 Girth Only?

JP90 Girth Only?

So I’m currently doing the JP90 routine and started seeing some positive PI’s, pretty sure you guys are familiar with it and know that it’s 80% jelqs and only 20% stretching. So my question is, is the routine solely for girth gains or would I be getting some length gains too? Also which one would come quicker?

P.S. I’m one of the people that have a 6 O’clock LOT so according to what people was saying I’m a hardgainer

You’ll likely get length gains, even more than girth, but no one can say for sure, as we are all different. But jelquing is a length exercise, and doesn’t hit just girth. And the LOT theory stuff has really been debunked because what holds true for some folks, doesn’t for others. Again, we are all different. All that LOT stuff was just a theory. Good luck to you.

I think LOT Theory screwed a lot of people out of potential gains when it came to hanging. People with low LOT’s would hang “upper angles” and some didn’t even both with BTC & SD. Don’t be one of those guys when it comes to hanging. I’ve had gains and been PE’ing since September and my “LOT” hasn’t changed one bit. If I remember correctly the theory stated as you stretched the ligs the LOT would change?… No change, and still making gains.

I don’t however agree with raybbay that jelquing is a length exercise. Normal jelquing in my opinion helps build the new highways “blood vessels” to the new cells that have been created from more traumatic exercises such as stretching, hanging, clamping, uli’s etc. I think a lot of newbie gains come from our penises finally getting full blood flow after stretching the arteries, veins, and capillaries to accommodate our tissue size.

Once your newbie gains stall out I’d say you’re conditioned to your current size and it’s time to start using more traumatic exercises, slow and responsibility of course.
