As of right now my basic measurements are

Flaccid Length: 4.25in

Flaccid Girth: 4.75in

Erect Length: 8in

Erect Girth: 5.5in

My goal is to try and push to 10 inches length and as close to 7 inches of girth as I can.

Any help would be great. I am open to all exercises, pills, devices, etc.

I will do my own research throughout the website, but any open help is still worth it to me.

Once you get conditioned with a good Beginner’s routine, you should look into pumping and clamping for girth and hanging and extending for length. However, the basic manual exercises are the easiest and least expensive way to meet your goals.

I believe I had my first successful session of jelqing tonight. I warmed up, manual stretched, jelqed, then warmed down. I feel the stretch. I want to concentrate more on girth.

Is the l-arginine supplement recommended even in an early start up? Such as using amino acids?

It depends what you want the L-arginine for Michael84. How old you are will also be a factor, whether you get erections easily etc.

I have heard that if you take it after the exercise, it can help with repair and recovery. And help the jelqs gains. I am 28 but in pretty good shape.

I am reading the forums for any and all supplements, vitamins, training etc.

Any help is needed

L-Arginine plays a role in cell division, the healing of wounds, removing ammonia from the body, and the release of hormones.

L-arginine is the precursor for the synthesis of nitric oxide (NO), which is used in the body to dilate veins by signalling the smooth muscle to relax, just as it does in the penis when it signals smooth muscle to relax and you get an erection. It also reduces healing time of damaged tissue, and encourages muscle cell growth through a complex system when IGF-II is suppressed (but that’s a long conversation for another time).

It’s best to cycle off L-arginine and use citrulline every couple of weeks for a week if you are going to use it, I use it for working out (not PE) and I am happy with it, although I think Ornithine does a better job with the removal of ammonia.

So for PE I should use Citrulline or Ornihine then?

I am taking any advice seriously.. No snowballing on my end.

I’m 8x5.5 erect but I want to push to be 10x7 if possible. And keep pushing.

If you are having trouble maintaining an erection or 75% of one for jelqing then L-Arginine may help, that is if the problem is caused by not enough nitric oxide (NO) being produced, It’s best to cycle off L-arginine and use citrulline every couple of weeks for a week if you are going to use it. L-Ornithine won’t help I just put it in there because I think it does a better job with the removal of ammonia which is produced in the body when you are in ketosis, this has to do with intense weight training, I should have left it out as to not confuse anyone, sorry Michael84.

Can you please explain that cycle off with L- argenine with citrulline?

I take aragenine and citrulline malate together morning and evening. And I must say that I heal very fast from my workouts..

but do you say that use argenine only a couple off weeks then use citrulline only for one week or so then argenine again?

The combo argenine & citrulline is fantastic :-)

The body gets used to having too much L-arginine and down regulates NO production, some people don’t have problems and can go for months with the same effects, if you are training hard you are using the L-arginine anyway (so probably you will have no problem) especially if you are on low carb diet, it’s pretty critical in dealing with using protein as an energy source and dealing with the waste Ammonia (this is where Ornithine come in and it’s made from L-Arginine). But it is good practice to cycle off for a week in every three.

The body makes L-Arginine from Citrulline (there are some enzyme actions involved) but is costly for the body to make it it uses up cell fuel that could be used elsewhere, however it’s nice to let the body do what it is meant to every now and again so that it doesn’t forget how to.

Normally I go three weeks on L-Arginine and at say day 19 I start on Citrulline and I continue it into the first week until say day 3, Once again though I train pretty hard (twice a day) and I eat very low carbs.

That all makes sense. I just want to do it properly and not mess my physiology up too much. I am all about enhancing through science

Thanks for the advice. Today I did my 3rd day (2nd day of good conditioning) of Newbie exercises and can start to feel as if I am getting more full feeling and my erections are getting better.

I would really like to concentrate on girth gains. After jelqing, even at my novice level, would jelq squeezes be okay? I tried about 5 minutes of the jelq squeezes and feel fine. I have a red looking burst under my skin last night, but is already gone when I awoke this morning. My member feeling stronger. I have a high metabolism so I guess I need to fight through it.

I will search girth exercises more but keep sending me advice if you have any to pass on please.

I have always wanted a longer, thicker, wider member so I am determined.

Plus I want to see my girlfriend’s eyes when she notices the progress (more motivation)

I just tried some v-stretches and jelq squeeze to just try.. But I jelqed for awhile. So far my penis seems good. I masturbated slowly (mostly edging) a lot so I suppose that helps. I am taking my time as well as feeling things out that pertain to Girth Increases.

I actually enjoy the newbie exercise. As long as I get bigger all around I am happy. My girlfriend isn’t particularly happy but she is allowing me to pursue my dream since high school (for a bigger long, wider, thicker penis)
