Thanks for the advice. Today I did my 3rd day (2nd day of good conditioning) of Newbie exercises and can start to feel as if I am getting more full feeling and my erections are getting better.
I would really like to concentrate on girth gains. After jelqing, even at my novice level, would jelq squeezes be okay? I tried about 5 minutes of the jelq squeezes and feel fine. I have a red looking burst under my skin last night, but is already gone when I awoke this morning. My member feeling stronger. I have a high metabolism so I guess I need to fight through it.
I will search girth exercises more but keep sending me advice if you have any to pass on please.
I have always wanted a longer, thicker, wider member so I am determined.
Plus I want to see my girlfriend’s eyes when she notices the progress (more motivation)
