Thunder's Place

The big penis and mens' sexual health source, increasing penis size around the world.

Just turned 18 should I start PE

If I knew about PE when I was 18 I would have done it in a heartbeat.

Don’t be in a rush, take it slow and don’t use too much force. Moderation is the word. If you cause some trauma, back off and rest till it heals. Keep rest days as a part of your routine. Have fun!

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Hi, I just turned 18 and I was wondering if I should start PE now or wait a few years? Please ask for any details and thank you!

No, no,no, no! Wait until 21. Trust me. You have a whole life in front of you for PE.

So why is that? Does that mean you shouldn’t do anything physical with your body until you are 21? No body building, track, football, etc.? You can join the army and get killed when you are 18 and you are saying you can’t do PE?

Hmm I don’t know people shouldn’t masturbate until they’re 21, and jelqing is dangerously close to wanking.

I am saying that you are still developing until 21. Your penis is not a muscle and doesn’t have any bones. Of course you can and must physically exercise if it’s possible right after birth! :-) .But it’s not the same thing here. Now, don’t get me wrong.. I love and recommend PE to all men. All I am saying is if you are in puberty and your penis has decent size in many case way over decent size, it’s probably wiser to wait until 21, because nature may have something good coming for you without any effort. Get my point? After 21, if you are unhappy with what you got then you must and should engage to PE.

I respect your opinion. Just disagree with it 100%.

Heavy is exactly that.. heavy :D

Seriously thats the thing to find out with PE, starting as low as possible in intensity.

I would say as an example an extender at lowest setting is not heavy(but could be already) but hanging weight that is uncomfortable can be rather heavy.
Simply..I wouldnt take chances of getting near a tissue hardening weight or routine.

I would do easy going PE with emphasis on high EQ which would also condition you for more advanced stuff down the road.

The problem with beeing young is often to be overeager wanting too much too fast. This approach can turn badly with PE.

Second Gprents advice on taking rest days!.

I’m just doing basic stretches, then 250 wet jelqs, 2 days on, 1 off. That is good for someone still growing naturally?

Starting 4/15/15 7.3 BPEL and 4.9 MEG

Super lazy and inconsistent :(

It sounds OK. I would always start with exactly 1 Jelq and look from there (basicly the linear newbie routine Linear Newbie Routine)

But only you will know whats right. For many 250 jelqs are too much or too less. Also depending on how much intensity you grip.
Thats what one has to learn with PE to gauge where the gain zone is and where its too much or too less.

The best thread for theory behind this is imo: Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!

Whenever you have good or neutral PI ‘s you are probably fine.

Fair enough. We all have good intentions here. I treat all opinions with respect.

Oh come on.. I don’t mean it like that!

OK bill let me ask you a simple question .
What if he waits till 21, if he doesn’t grow naturally then he lost 3 year of time waiting .He could have easily gained like 1.5 inches minimum in length and minimum 1/2 to 1 inch in girth in 3 years..
If he does PE now he wont regret not doing it when he had the best opportunity .

Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.

Go watch=There are video's on how to do the exercises here!!!!!!!!

We shouldn’t get too worked up about this. Ratemeplease7878 who asked the question doesn’t even have enough interest to come back and look for responses.

Let’s just wait to see if he is even coming back.

I mean it probably aids growth in late puberty.

If a young boy has a a penis below average in puberty then he should pe. If he is average or above average I think that he must not concern his mind with pe at a very young age until he sees what nature gives him. I am a HUGE fan of PE. Don’t get me wrong.I just think that a boy has a lot in his mind during puberty. PE should not be his main concern especially if he has a normal sized penis. It’s a stress he doesn’t need. As always, feel free to disagree.
