Could someone please tell me what a kegel is and how to perform one

It is the muscle used when you cut off urine,

Just squeeze and release it , varying strength of squeeze and duration:)
And you don’t have to be urinating to do it:) cause that would just be plain silly

I heard it’s best not to do kegels whilst urinating, as it can lead to urinary tract infections.Anyone able to verify this? It seems logical not to do them when you’re taking a wizz.

I agree with this. Doing kegels whilst urinating is only needed once, to make sure you do the exercise correct.

Yeah just do kegels while urinating at the beginning to get the feeling where the PC muscle is. After that I don’t even see a point doing it in the toilet.

Once you get the hang of it and keep doing kegels, you should be satisfied.
I hope I am doing it right, but I guess I am since some of the promised results appeared.

Haha. I used to do it and brag about it to my friends in school. Showing them how I can stop urinating then start again. I didn’t know it was called kegeling though.
