Kegels improve your EQ and your stamina during sex, but they aren’t going to make or break your routine. I would frequently go days without consciously devoting time to kegeling unless I was edging. But I’ve started to do them while I’m driving, mainly to and from work, and it’s allowed me to progressively improve my ability to perform them.
The only constant in life is change, it is how you respond to it that determines who you are.
