kegel when jelq

when i jelq i sometimes do a kegel to get more blood in my penis that way when i do jelq i get more blood going to the head. if i kegel too much or squeeze to hard i have spots the next day. are spots really a bad thing? i know what they are & that they will go away, but should i keep jelqing & doing a kegel to get more blood or back off for a few days & try again or what?

It’s just a burst capillary! I’ve had this before, just take a few days off till they disappear. How hard do you Jelq, this may be a factor! I also Kegel when I Jelq, but I don’t go very hard. You need to get conditioned before you can do that!

I don’t like to kegel when I jelq because after awhile I feel dependant on kegels to keep enough blood in my dick.

well i get a pretty tight grip after i kegel & then hold for at least 3 secs. if you have spots does that mean that you actually are working harder or too hard? i like to normally jelq at 80-90%. i cant seem to get my dick to 100% erection alot like i use to. so i have been trying to kegel more to get it back to 100, but everytime i kegel i dont feel like im actually making anything stronger, except my ass muscles.

I kegel on very jelq. It is just my way of making the jelq more intense. Works better at a lower erection level though. For me, it makes a 60% jelq feel like a 90%.
