Updating with results so far.
Without many other changes to my routine besides wearing a cock ring and kegeling against it maybe an hour or two a day, my EQ has risen a lot and I am feeling very “solid” around the base. Yesterday I was listening to a political podcast while doing my routine and I still overshot the erection level for jelqing. My flaccid hang is also much thicker and longer with or without the cock ring.
I have been doing some bends, I’ll incorporate them sometimes when I’m jelqing. I have a moderate to steep curve upward so I’ll focus on bending the head down, I figure I may be doing some effective length work this way via targeting the suspensatory ligament or whatever that is on top while doing girth work. Which is my main focus for now. With jelqing and EQ based improvements I figure the length will be forthcoming as well without much specialization.
