Kegels and lasting longer in bed
Hey, iv been doing kegels for a couple of months now, been slacking but now starting to do them regularly (3x a day.. Maybe 3-5 mins/session).
People say that there the best way to last longer in the sack, I’m just wondering exactly how they help. Does having a stronger PC muscle just cause you to build to orgasm quicker, or is it that with a strong PC, you can clinch after the PONR and still hold the semen in?
