Kegels during jelqing

I was wondering if doing a kegel at the end of a jelq stroke is helpfiul? why or why not?

Yes, as it forces more blood into your unit, thus promoting better expansion.

Not as beneficial as a kegel before a jelq stroke though, which allows for more blood to be pushed through your dick.

If you kegel at the END of a jelq, you are just about to begin the next jelq stroke.

If you kegel at the beginning of a jelq, you still kegel just before starting the next jelq stroke.

I see what you are saying Slack, but the way he phrased the question it seemed as if he was asking if kegeling at the end of the stroke would make that stroke more effective.

And in my opinion, it is more effective to kegel blood into your unit, jelq and remove that hand without immediately jelqing with the other hand. Instead, switch to your other hand and again kegel blood into your dick and jelq. I get more expansion with this method than starting a jelq stroke with your opposite while your first hand is still finishing the first stroke. If you were to prescribe to my method jelqing at the end of the stroke would not be very beneficial, although since most people use the more rapid fire approach I think your point is valid.

I dont jelq that much, but I tend to have to “Play around” to see which “method” of jelqing gives me better expansion, as for some strange reason, it seems to vary. So I agree with your method too, lol

Well, let make it easy this way. Just simply kegel and quickly put your OK grip at the base of the penis then jelq. If your stroke almost reaches the glans and you’re about to release your OK grip, then kegel again.
That’s what I’ve been doing.
