I have noticed some changes in my BC or my ability to locate them.
How did I notice if I am contracting BC or not?
Well normally I feel a contraction of the BC up to a certain point why further
Contraction would lead to a con-caving of the BC as if a plastic bottle had

My fear and other things noticed?
It no longer feels like this when I do kegels . Also I have tried to testing
The ability of my BC to hold back or halt urination as a gauge for determining

At points where stopping was very hard will relative ease.
My confusions?
Though my erections are harder, I can not tell it is from kegels or jelqing
Because my flaccid length is harder than before and the shaft feels my
Dense (more like rubber and less like jelly).So I can’t tell if the hardness is
A well carried out BC routine or through kegeling

MY PE routine was very much what this forum specifies as newbies routine
Until the point that I found I did not have the motivation or maybe penis
Stamina to do good jelqing after doing stretches because the old boy
To get tired and unmotivated. So as a modification I do 3 stretches. First
At comfortable length for 30sec then second for one min at 60% stretch
Then stretch 95% for 3 min. I then do jelqing at 85 to 90% erection
(Because at lower percentages I neither so nor feel the girth grow). I
Return to stretches at 3 min almost full stretch. I do most kegels on the
Road and I can do up to 500 very easy in an almost “reflex action mode”.
I HOPE ALL THIS INFORMATION WILL HELP ME IN GETTING A GOOD IN DEPT HELP AS I HAVE STOPPED BC TRAINING UNTIL I AM SURE I AM DOING IT RIGHT(isolate the BC completely).
