Kegels & reverse kegels
So I’m trying to figure out the differences in the 2 and what one helps what, anybody in here do these? Also how do you know if one is overpowering the other like you should stop doing kegels and just do reverse or do them in combination, and is it normal when kegeling for your anus to be clenched as I’ve read it shouldn’t be at all which seems hard not to do.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
