Kegels vs Reverse kegels
I have extreme premature ejaculation due to involuntary contractions of my PC/BC muscle and tightening during sex, I have been told that practicing reverse kegels consistently will reverse this problem. However, I have been practicing kegels and reverse kegels an equal amount and my problem seems to be getting worse but I am making incredible progress on erection strength and duration due to the kegels. My question is, if I practice my kegels 3 times a week but do my reverse kegels everyday, will this still cure my premature ejaculation while still allowing me to make gains and progress with my kegels? I don’t want to lose the benefits from kegels by doing too many reverse kegels, so I am trying to find the sweet spot where I can benefit from both
