Hi,

Are these worth practicing during non-PEing times, like while I’m sitting here at work? Is there benefits to gain if I’m not stretching or jelqing?

Kegals are good for general penis health. They certainly can’t hurt, and they are supposed to improve blood flow and help with maintainting an erection, which is reason enough for me, after all what good is an 8 inch penis if you can’t keep it up.
