Length Only Gains
I’m new here and just started doing PE on Sunday. I’ve been reading the forum and am looking for solid advice on techniques to only gain in length and not girth. My wife already complains about my girth and says it’s too much, so I want to focus solely on length. Is it possible to lose girth purposefully? I’m 5.4 MEG and going down to 5 might be ideal for her.
My routine is mostly 15-30m of manual stretches holding each for 3M with maybe 15 jelqs to maintain circulation after. I’ve been doing this every day.
