I’m new here and just started doing PE on Sunday. I’ve been reading the forum and am looking for solid advice on techniques to only gain in length and not girth. My wife already complains about my girth and says it’s too much, so I want to focus solely on length. Is it possible to lose girth purposefully? I’m 5.4 MEG and going down to 5 might be ideal for her.

My routine is mostly 15-30m of manual stretches holding each for 3M with maybe 15 jelqs to maintain circulation after. I’ve been doing this every day.

For me personally stretching didn’t work. I did the newbie routine: stretching for 10 mins a day and then 30 mins with low erection jelqs. Very low erection helped a lot. If you jelq on like 30% erect level, for me my penis was still a bit soft and I only gained length. If you are jelqing with higher erection quality girth gains might come.

Lose girth I’ve never heard anyone saying that. I love to change my girth with yours.

Do the newbie routine untill you can for me it was 1 year and then it stopped working so I changed to hanging which didn’t give me gains yet after 5-6 months.

Current: 16.9cm

Final goal: 7 inch

Well I gained quite a lot with a penis extender over the years. Only thing it takes at least 8 hours a day of wearing the device for quite a long time (2 or 3 years of usage everyday) to achieve a lot. However first half inch came in little time. (newbie gains). No girth difference. At most, it evened out since I had a girthier base which almost vanished.


inicial 1996: BPEL 15cm (Margin of error +/- 0.5cm) MSEG: 14.1 cm

inicio extender (sept2012): 15,5cm BPEL /14,1cm MSEG --- Hanging: inicio: Ago 21 2022 21.0cm --- Ultima medicion: Sept 1 2022: 21.6cm BPEL x 15,1cm MSEG

I think you’ll be able to gain length by hanging or using an extender.
Losing girth doesn’t really seem to happen, surprisingly.

But if your wife has trouble with your 5.4, there’s an excellent chance that she has some manner of pelvic floor dysfunction. 5.4 is above average, but it’s not enormous or anything.

She would probably benefit from dilators and pelvic floor stretches/exercises.

Thanks, pelvic floor exercises are probably a good idea. I’m actually going for PT for pelvic floor myself since I have urinating issues

Goal BPEL: 21.5CM 8.4IN

For me i gaining lenght from pumping at 5hg 30 min per day With constant heat mixed with stretching and jelqing low erection

Its better to use heat to all exercices
