So my main goal for the rest of the year is to focus on length. I’m about 6.1 inches BPEL. Have gained about .25 maybe a little more over the past year or so. I’m currently doing simply manual stretches. Just hold in an extended state for 20 minutes at a time 5-6 days a week. I also have bathmate which I haven’t used in almost a month. I like the stretches, they seemingly help and I have good PI but it’s going to be hard to increase the time due to hands getting tired.

I feel I’m well conditioned and want to step it up safely. Any suggestions?

I don’t think you need to add anymore time with your stretches and maybe you should consider an ADS device of some sort being you say your penis is conditioned. It would help keep your hands free. Browse the site, there are many different options for extenders and ADS devices you can make yourself for a few bucks. Do you alternate different types of stretches in this 20 minute time frame? Or stand there stretching in the same direction for 20 minutes? Just curious?

I’ve bee just stretching for 20 mins straight, down, sometimes angled. Just whichever way I can get comfortable.

I’d rather just buy a stretcher. Are these different than like phallosan ans size genetics that you have to wear for 10 hours a day?
