Length routine
So my main goal for the rest of the year is to focus on length. I’m about 6.1 inches BPEL. Have gained about .25 maybe a little more over the past year or so. I’m currently doing simply manual stretches. Just hold in an extended state for 20 minutes at a time 5-6 days a week. I also have bathmate which I haven’t used in almost a month. I like the stretches, they seemingly help and I have good PI but it’s going to be hard to increase the time due to hands getting tired.
I feel I’m well conditioned and want to step it up safely. Any suggestions?
