Length VS girth
Okay sorry if I’ve posted a thread just like this one my thing kinda glitches so I’m not sure if it loaded or making me start over but anyways
Should I work on length and girth separately because I haven’t found anyone with a routine that gives you good length and girth gains at the same time if you have a routine like this tell me but if not please give me some advice should I work on girth and length completely separate? Or switch between the weeks like length for 2 weeks then girth for 2 weeks then so on and so forth or should I just do length until I reach my goal/limit and do girth afterwards
And if you guys have any length routines or exercises I should incorporate into my routine let me know I would love to speed up my gains :)
