Okay I’ve been reading posts like cray and came across a few about how ligaments play a big part in length(which is my main goal), and how stretching these is key to ‘quick’ length gains. But most of these posts mention LOT and I’ve read that this is no longer in use, so is there any truth to this?
The reason this particularly catches my attention is that I think I have ridiculously tight ligaments, not only is this noticeable while erect in the angle (if twelve is pointing up and three is completely straight out from the body id say I was a 130-1:45) but if I feel while flaccid, along the bottom of the shaft, I can actually feel my penis GOING UP and only THEN OUT, this explains why, in combination with a large fat pad, my flaccid length has always been only one inch (now with pe I guess blood flow got better and I see two all the time).

Okay so basically my question is, would a large focus on lig stretching give me the best short term gains? And if so, is manual downward stretching or jelqing downwards enough or would I HAVE to resort to hanging (just the idea scares me lol)

I think the general consensus is that the initial growth in length during the newbie period is due in majority to maxing out the current potential of your ligs.

And yes, manual stretching and jelqing is enough. Hanging is an advanced excercise - wait a few years before you strap on a BiB.

Remember that heat is very, very important. So is stretching in all directions, not just one.

Ok, so I LOT theory still in use? As in can I use that to know how much I will gain by lig stretching?
And as for heat, why is it so important? I mean, is it so I won’t snap my penis in half (lol) or is it necessary for the gains themselves?

No, there is no way to measure potential gains.

LOT was designed to determine the best stretching angle for your current anatomy. There are still LOT supporters, but I personally do not think that it is still relevant; a thorough stretch in all directions is a superior approach.

Heat is important because it has the tangible physical effect of making the anatomy of your penis more pliable, giving you a better stretch and protecting against injury. I and many others consider heat 100% necessary.

I’ve seen other members get great gains without the aid of heat, but I think it’s better to use heat. Better to be safe than sorry. The last thing you want to do is sustain an injury.

Also, what about jelq time? I’m a newb here, but I started pe jelqing for 30 mins and even then I don’t feel sore or whatnot. Should I stick to the newb routine, or can I continue my 30 minutes of jeqing sessions? Btw I tried adding heat and it is now a defininte must for me.. What a difference.

And is a once inch gain in length goal by this time next year a good one? Or am I setting myself up to fail?

We have pretty much the same erection angle and I can definitely say stretching gave me GREAT gains (0.5 inch in 3 weeks). Then I stopped after that because of an injury. I’ve read several times here that the higher your erection angle, the higher the potential for length gains are. Well in my case it’s true. Good luck!

Hey Zero, how did you injure yourself? And what was your stretching like so I can try to recreate it.. .5 in three weeks id DEFINITELY what I want haha.

All the stretching I did were from the newbie routine and nothing more but I tried to focus more on my downward stretches as it works out your ligs effectively. My injury was from intense jelqing while erect so it was really a fool of me to even try it while I was still a newbie!
