Liposuction
Has anyone here gotten or considered liposuction of the pubic fat pad? Mine steals over an inch from my penis. I asked my doctor about fat loss in that area and she told me it’s about the last place on your body to shed fat through diet and exercise.
Recently I’ve been researching having the area treated with laser assisted liposuction. Instead of making multiple incisions and using the vacuum rod alone with classic lipo, they make one small incision and insert a laser inside to melt the fat cells prior to sucking them out. The advantage to traditional exercise and dieting, aside from the immediate gratification, is that removing the fat cells is permanent. When we exercise and “lose fat” the fat cells shrink but are still there, waiting to be refilled during a long holiday season of excessive indulging.
From what I could find I’d be able to get the procedure done for about $1,000. It’s less expensive than regular lipo because there’s no need for full anesthesia, just a local. And recovery time is much shorter as well.
