Just wanted 2 say THANKS FOR FINALLY LETTING ME BE A MEMBER LOL!! I feel like yall been holding out. I’m new 2 the whole PE thing. Finally getting back in to the swing of things, tried hanging years ago and gave up because of lack of effort. I have been half-ass jelqing and manual stretching for the past couple months, really kicked it up the past 2 weeks.

Ya, I’ve been lurking on this site for quite a while now. I finally started a routine. This will count as my first week even though I have done light exercises here and there(ya I’m a lazy F***). I’m starting with1) 5 minute warm up with heat pad (while doing kegels,), 2) 30 second stretches in 5 different directions, then 3) as many jelqs as possible in half hour ( aiming for 5 seconds each). Then a five minute heat pad warm down with kegels at same time. My kegels are held for 3 seconds. I am just starting off with this right now. In 2 weeks I will step it up. So far I’ve done 3 days in a row. I will take thursday friday saturday off (todays wednesday). I am planning a 4 day on 3 days off for the first month. If anyone has advice for me, let me know. Thanks for finally allowing me to join (a couple months ago). I’ve been visiting this site on and off for the past ~8 years or more (don’t remember, it’s been a long time). It got me interested in PE, and removed much of my scepticism. I’ve been practising PE on and off also, not with much consistency. But, I’m still pleased to announce that during that time I grew from a little over 6 inches to 7 inches. I don’t measure as religiously as I should, which I know is important, but I am too busy. Anyway I’m trying to be more consistent now, by PEing at least 4 times a week.

I started out jelqing, and as I said, I have gotten results. But I feel like jelqing is too slow a process for me right now. I’ve been clamping over the last couple months (need a proper clamp) and I am impressed with the gains I seem to be getting. I say seem because I haven’t measured during this period. I clamp, then jelq while clamped (usually a dry jelq but now always). But my dick hangs much fatter and heavier and lower now than it did when I was just jelqing, and the results last. And I know I have gained some erect length too. So my aim is to clamp-jelq with consistency.

I must admit that part of the reason I don’t measure often enough is because sometimes I used to get discouraged, and even doubtful of PE, when it seemed like I wasn’t making any gains. So I decided some time ago to not measure often and just practise PE optimistically. So I was happy when I measured and found out I got to 7”. That and because measuring is frustrating because I usually lose my boner once I take out the measuring tape. So, it’s hard to get a good read.

Anyway, I more than broke my posting virginity with this one. I want to thank Thunder, all the moderators, and the whole community. I’ve learned a lot here.

Hello everybody. I discovered the world of PE something more than a month ago and I have been following TP since then. But I could sign up only yesterday because it always said that the number of members reached the limit (or something like this). Anyway, studying on the public section of the forum, I started my beginner routine a month ago and I can already see the first (little but appreciable) results, in lenght and in girth too.
So my first post will go to give many thanks to all the active members who have made possible my first gains and will made possible all my future ones sharing their knowledge and experience here in TP, making guides, tutorials, explaining techniques and answering other members’ questions.
