Honestly, I guess I just feel better coming here in the first place, THERE’S HOPE! Lol. I actually came across this website after seeing a video about jelqing, it was by this guy Chris from rateabull.com but yea. I went with his routine and done a little more research into the whole subject, and I’ve already seen gains! Which is great, and having a forum like this is freaking awesome! Well I am 19 year old guy and I was curious about this subject ever since I discovered girls a while back :D guess It wouldn’t hurt to add some gains, honestly I think it’s more about making me feel better as opposed to believing it’s more pleasurable for the girl.unless it’s really small. But yea, plus I want my girlfriend, who’s a virgin and yes her hymen is still intact.to never ever forget that night.lol, I tried to stick my finger up der.and she SAID STOP SOTP STOP! My first post

Hello all, I have now broken my posting cherry. Just to give an update, been doing PE for about two and a half months and have gained half and inch on EL and maybe one quarter inch on EG. I started with the newbie routine and have gradually increased the time spent on manual stretching and jelqs. Please believe that these exercises do work.

It’s my first post since member early this year.lol.anyway I just don’t know where to start posting, my PE per say just started after being curious on searching the web for penis enlargement.actually it’s I’m following the newbie routine, I can start posting my gains, little gains so far by the time I gain length.I do hope so that this forum will answer my prayer having a large .blabla.. Hey. Before I leave this thread for the greater community, I have a quick question about PE that I wanted to ask before I start (hopefully tomorrow). It’s really simple, so I didn’t want to start a separate thread about it, but I couldn’t find an explicit answer anywhere. Basically (bear with me here), at what point in the Newbie Routine do you get your penis semi-erect? OK, obviously before the manual stretches, but should it be done before or after the hot wrap?

It doesn’t really matter what state your penis is in for the hot wrap, although flaccid or less than 20% erect would be usual. The purpose of the hot wrap is just to get all the tissues warmed all the way through, making them more elastic.

Stretching should be done flaccid; if you get a slight erection it is not a problem. The only place in the newbie routine where erection level is important is for jelqing. Some guys get really worried that they are getting too hard or not hard enough during jelqing, but any erection level between 40 and 80% will give good results, albeit slightly different results at each end of that erection spectrum.

I guess I’m the newest member of this forum. I’m still in the learning stages right now, but I plan on beginning the Newbie Routine when I’m certain I have all the facts and methods straight. I’m hoping to add, at the very least, 2” in length. I already have decent girth (5.7” usually - 6”+ on a good day), but I definitely want to improve on that, as well. I have one question for anyone who might be able to help me. I was wondering, what sort of gains can I expect to see if I remain consistent with my jelqing? If I consistently jelq 5 days a week (with 2 days rest) for an entire year, what kind of results should I see? Also, at what point should I move on from the Newbie Routine to a more advanced one?

3 months on the newbie routine before moving on to trying other things. Everyone gains at different rates, as you will see from reading posts here. Some are easy gainers, some hard. If you read a lot here, and see how fast you gain, you will get a feel for what you may be able to achieve with a year of consistent effort.

I’m new to the forum, but not overly new to PE.

I’ve been on a newbie routine for 6 months with modest gains.

I wouldn’t put myself in the hard-gainer category;
I simply haven’t found the routine/element that will accelerate my growth; yet.

Hungry for gains? Hell yes. Impatient? No. I’m walking that fine line between obsession with
Results and integration of reality. Accept that growth takes time vs Push for maximum growth now.
I don’t feel the pressure from the apparent conflict any longer, I enjoy PE

I’m at thunders because I want to learn more and evolve my routines and thinking.

Like everyone here I want to create outcomes I can be proud.

Greetings, all. I just joined up after 13 weeks of reading and PEing. I’m very grateful to be here.

50 years old here, and married for the last 30. Plus a couple years on our learner’s permit.

It’s impossible to convey what I’ve been feeling like for the last few weeks. I’ve never felt it before. During this time I went from roughly 5 7/8” BPEL (wasn’t quite sure how to measure) to 7 1/8” BPEL. Also, my EG went from around 4 3/4” up to about 5 1/16”, although after taking a breather for all of last week it went down to 4 15/16”.

All of this has been done strictly with manual exercises.

I’ve been so fired up that for the first time I’m actually taking care of myself: watching what I eat and drink, and spending time on the Nordic Track.

I hope I can be of some value to the group in the future. Until then, I remain,
