Hey guys, I’m looking for some helpful direction.

After experimenting with PE and basic stretching/jelqing and more recently light clamping and AM (for better EQ and expansion) I want to move into purchasing a device. Reason being that whenever I jelq I end up getting a thrombosed vein or lymph buildup just below my glans (I haven’t tried Eroset’s vein oil since it eventually goes away but want to try it for its other benefits anyway). Well I’m tired of seeing the angry vein and this doesn’t happen when I have clamped so my question is, do I need some kind of conditioning to get me into any of these methods, I.e. Pumping/VacPump/Vac Hanging/Clamping and which does everyone here most like? My goal is a little more length but really going for girth, hence the experimentation with clamping. Thanks for your thoughts.

Looks like a great community. I am new to PE. I have purchased a few devices and then recently had my suspensory ligament cut a week ago. After reading some of these posts, it sounds like there are some great results with non-surgical options.

I am here to learn how to continue the PE journey, post op and maximize results in the most efficient method.

Time to Pop My Cherry

Hi guys,

I guess it’s time for me finally to “pop my cherry” so to speak.

I’ve been interested in PE for as long as I can remember, not really thinking it was possible until I started to see information coming out in the early 2000’s. My first foray into PE was about 2002 with a noose-type extender called the “Penistretcher”, from Germany or thereabouts I think. Not really knowing what I was doing and the information on how to use the product being sketchy at best, I ended up with some permanent damage (dark purple areas) on the two sides of my coronal ridge, where the silicon strap noose had obviously cut off circulation for too long of a time. Thankfully, the damage is more cosmetic than nerve damage, so it hasn’t affected my sensation. I’ll post a picture of that once I get my progress thread going as a warning for other newbies about the *possible* risks of extender use without proper knowledge.

That experience made me shy away, until 2016 when I stumbled upon the Phallosan Forte ADS. That device I found to be incredibly frustrating to use after a couple hundred hours of use, so once again I put it away and forgot about it.

Recently I was a test subject for a doctor who was learning how to do the Gainswave procedure. The protocol not only involved that device, but also required me to vacuum pump for 30 minutes/day. Wanting to know more about vacuum pumping, I re-stumbled upon this website [I’d found it back in 2016 when wanted to know how to increase my ejaculate volume - which really *does* work btw! :-) ], and lo and behold, I started reading. And reading. And reading. Now I’m excited, because now that I’ve found this community of like-minded men, I think I’ll *finally* be successful on my journey to a bigger penis.

I’ve been starting the newbie routine, and eventually want to get into hanging. I’ve got lots of questions, but I guess I’ll save those for other threads as this is already getting long-winded.

Anyway, I’m happy to be here and excited to exchange information and ideas with all you guys. It’ll be interesting to see what gains are coming my way.

So far, the only starting measurement I have is my BPSFL is 6.5”. I hope to take pics and record all the other stats as well.

Hey guys, I’m new to Thunder’s Place, and I am hoping to be able to post in the injuries and treatments forum before too long. I have experimented with PE in the past, and have some long lasting side effects that I have not been able to pin point. I have read many posts in the injuries forum, but I have not been able to find one describing my condition. I look forward to hearing back from you all.

Btw this is my routine:
Morning: Wet Jelq for 30 minutes (5 sessions of 5 minutes jelq + 1 minute break
Night: Angion Method 1.0 for 30 minutes (5 sessions of 5 minutes AM 1.0 + 1 minute rest)

What do you think of my routine? Do you think it’s enough?

Your current routine is a great place to start.

The volume of jelqing is similar to that found in the Newbie Routine . The evening AM sessions I personally would compare to edging sessions, which should only support your healing. I recommend not cumming after the AM sessions. Take a rest day every couple of days.

I would also recommend beginning a progress thread, this provides a place to log your routine, results and get feedback from other members.

I’m just starting and is only about 10 days into PE but I’ve noticed that my flaccid dick doesn’t go into my fat pad anymore. My balls also hang lower, way lower. It used to go into the ball sack like raisins but not even when it’s night, it’s outside. I have only seen veins when I do AM 1.0. Though I hope that my veins will come out the more I do PE. I like the look of a veiny cock.
