New Member And Routine
Hey everyone this is my first post. I am in PE for almost half a year and trying to learn from the pegym forum and from pegym I heard about thundersplace.

The last months I’ve never being constant on my exercises so I won’t expect any gains or complaints about if I had gains or no. During this period of time I never measured my self so I don’t know if I gained. The only thing I noticed is my erections where stronger and my penis looked thicker but not longer.

I am about to start a routine and be super consistent. I’ll post my routine and I would appreciate some feedback from people who gained or are in PE for good and know some more things than me.

So in order to be ready, I bought a bathmate pump, the penilizer (jelqing device), the power j gym 2 or pjg2 (jelqing device), Organic L-arginine capsules, and vitamin e almond oil.

These two jelqing devices feel that they target different places on penis so I want to use both.

My starting routine will be like:
5 minutes warm up
JP90 stretches for 5 minutes
30 hand jelqs
50 PJG2 jelqs
JP90 stretches for 5 minutes
50 Penilizer jelqs with vitamin e oil (this device requires lube in order to work)
And for warm down 20 minutes of bathmate in the shower.

I am a grower and I would love to have some flaccid gains too, I’m 6.2 inches in length and 5.5 in girth. Should I change this routine how does it look? Should I add an extender and use it for 4-8 hours and before bed should I do this routine? Would that be more effective? I would appreciate any info and suggestions.

This is my first post. I’ve been dabbling in PE for around 10 years now. I have stopped and started a lot; I’ve not really ever had a consistent routine. I’ve suffered several injuries over the years but I have gained size and improved my EQ.

I am now interested in starting a more consistent PE routine.

One Stinking Inch

Howdy to the crowd. I’m 36 years old, and I’ve been a lurker off and on for years. This site is a wealth of information, in some ways, it feels like information overload. I’m not looking to be massive, just a little longer and little thicker, literally I would take an extra 1” inch in length and be happy with any girth gains I could get. Right now I’m 7.5” x 5.5” and I’m pleased with it - but it it was just a little bigger, I know I’d walk a bit taller. I’ve read the newbie routine post, and a few of the other beginner posts, and I have to say it all feels very overwhelming. I bought an X4 extender last month, and when I opened the box there was so much stuff in there I was shocked. Again, it felt like overload. So many pieces, so much foam, so much Velcro.. I know everyone gets their gains differently, but man any advice on exactly where I should start would be GREATLY appreciated. Again, thanks to all of you for contributing to this awesome resource for men.

What a great resource. So much info to go through. I’m mostly wondering what I can do at 57 that would be meaningful.

I’m a bodybuilder and not afraid of needles. Ha! The peptide TB-500 has increased my girth, so I started looking at this site for more info.

Why not. I have been lurking and reading posts here for going on two years. I have always found answers to my questions in the wealth of information here. I have not yet reached the point where I feel I have something to add that has not been better stated by more qualified people. Those are the reasons why I never posted before now. Well, that and the fact that I usually visit Thunder’s on my phone and type with one finger. I am indebted to the veterans who continue to educate and inform the rest of us. It is a little creepy following threads that are fifteen plus years old.

I’m going to begin adding a moisture treatment over my raphe while extending, something that will stay in place throughout the day. This will be in the form of a cream or a bandage of some sort.

Shits going to get interesting.
