First Time Poster

What’s up guys. This will be my first post and I just wanted to say hi! I have been a member here for a few months and I’m blown away by the amount of information you guys share and the camaraderie. I want to be apart of this group.

I started PE about a year ago and I may have made some slight newbie gains but I’m not sure as my measuring technique wasn’t there. I’m now just over 7” BPEL and 5.1” EG. I want to improve my size but things seem to be happening slowly or not at all.

Hoping to be an active member and hopefully I can contribute at some point.

I was wondering if you might point me in the right direction. I feel a bit lost and I don’t seem to be making any gains. I think I gained 5mm when I first started PE which I lost after I quit PE for a few months. I regained those after starting again. I am super consistent in my routine: 6 days on, one day off.

Here is my routine:

8 minutes warm up with rice sock
Manual stretches for 30-40 minutes (DLD blasters, marinera’s tricks and tips stretches and just basic SO and SD stretches)
5-10 minutes dry jelq
Sometimes warm down

I’m currently 7.2” BPEL and 5.1 EG
I’m 38 and in good health
Icelandic caucasian (not sure if that matters)

I’ve been doing my current routine religiously for five weeks but haven’t seen any gains. My flaccid hang is very low and often full which is nice and my PI’s are good. Also my flaccid stretched length is increasing.

I’m uncut so I always pull back the foreskin when stretching and jelqing (don’t want more foreskin).

When I do my SO and fulcrum stretches I usually feel them in my tunica throughout the shaft. When I’m doing them SD I feel it more at the base.

When I started with marinera’s stretching technique, I could really feel the workout through out the whole day. That mild soreness/tenderness. Same goes for the DLD blasters. But that only lasted for one day. It’s like my penis just instantly adjusted.

I’m just wondering why I’m not seeing any EL gains, which is what I’m after. I seem to be doing everything right. I try to follow what my body is telling me. Maybe I’m not being aggressive enough? Maybe I need to add something to my routine? Maybe I should be doing more somersaults? 🤪

I would really appreciate any help. And sorry if I’m posting this in the wrong place.

I have a goal of 2” increased length & 1.5” in girth. I started working a few different pumps a year ago. I can gain a 1/2”- 1” , but it lasts for an hour or a day. Are there men here who are getting permanent results, or at least have cut back from daily to maintenance levels?

And is it even possible to go from 7 1/2” L

To 9 1/2” L?

Those instances are very rare and attributed to improved EQ many times.

I Love This Place

This is my first post at Thunder’s. I’ve been lurking here for a few months and I decided to finally say hi.

Over the past few months, I’ve experimented with water pumps, air pressure pumps, and hanging with some decent results. Ultimately I decided I needed to go back to the basics before trying all those devices again. So now I’ve returned to strictly jelqing and stretching.

My stats: I started PE in May 2019 with a 5.44 in BPEL and 4.2 MSEG. Five months later, I have a BPEL of 6.13 and an MSEG of 4.51. Total growth in 5 months: 0.69 inches in length (nice, I know) and 0.31 inches in girth. (My erect growth is slow on purpose. I’m following the recommendations of others, which is to focus on length first, then girth. It’s been said somewhere on this board that inflating the girth of a long cock is easier than stretching a thick cock.)

I don’t have a big dick yet, but I’ve grown almost three-quarters of an inch thanks to this great website. CalcSD tells me I have gone from the 43rd percentile to the 80th percentile in terms of length. That is a great feeling. I feel more confident around women and I have better conversations with them now. Thanks for all the advice, guys.
