Only profit happens by quitting porn, the sooner you get this going, the better.

Masturbation is ok but sex is better. Brain should get wired and used to reality. Porn isn’t reality and actually distorce it. EQ problems ensues shortly after the porn abuse begins.

I would prioritize getting back up my EQ before start the newbie routine.

Hi all!

Been scanning the pages for a while picking up tips. Started with the newbie Jelq routine for about 2 months . To be honest I haven’t really seen much in size gains but did notice some improvements in EQ. Not sure I was getting stretches right but if I tried to grip harder or stretcher harder I was getting the red spots.

Looking to get into pumping. I had a cheaper pump that I picked up a long time ago more for the novelty of it before I decided to start the PE journey. Just picked up a LeLuv setup with gauge so I can track pressures a measurements. Hoping to see some results. From what I’ve read the permanent progress is a little slower but I must say I do like the look after a pumping session.

Looking forward to the journey

I am new just started here month or so, skeptical but am seeing some results with my routine. I hope to figure this out and have more time to let y’all know how this is going for me. :p

Hello, I used electric toothbrush on my penis in hope to make 1 scar tissue disappear as I heard it does for someone. After doing it some days I got so much skin damage and it lead to scar tissue all around base and some on glans of my penis. Now it appeared as hard scars on the skin that won’t go away. What can I do I literally damaged my penis skin and so many scar tissues are there. Please help me .

I’ve done a bit of PE in the past via jelqing, but stopped because I lost my ability to get erect. That was pretty scary, though after a week, everything was back to normal.
Now I’ve gotten back into it, with 2 months behind me. Thus far, no definite results. Trying to find what works for me and what doesn’t. Thankfully, these forums are a treasure-trove of detail.

Hi.

I’ve been creeping around this site, mostly, when I’ve experienced depression exacerbating size insecurities. I appreciate the community of men who share their stories and experience.
