Hello everyone! I have joined here not more than a week and currently losing myself in the information mountain. Starting small with 5,5 inches. I am currently using VAC hanging and as far as I have read here, before I step onto heavier weights VAC should keep me going since I like the strap it and forget it style. Since the newbie routine is about traditional hanger I would like to know if there is a starter routine for VAC hanging. Thanks fellow PE people!

I’ve found ballooning to be a really easy form of PE at least for myself.

Ill still probably lurk most of the time though I’m not huge into posting since I don’t know all that much compared to most of everyone here.

Welcome to Thunders! There is a large amount of information here and as you mentioned, the search function is your friend when delving in. In case you can’t find your answer via searching you can always post up your question.

First post - Additional hot wrap

Hey guys, just thought I’d say hello since I’m new here. I finally got serious about PE about two weeks ago after lurking around the forums off and on for a few years (yes, I was procrastinating). Here’s my experience so far… I’m using the standard newbie routine with one difference - halfway through my 10 minutes of manual jelqing I pause and add a hot wrap for 5 min. I don’t remember where I found the idea but it’s somewhere on the site.

After 8 weeks of this I plan to be at 20 min. Of jelqing while continuing to use the additional hot wrap halfway through.

Now, for my experience so far.. After the first week I noticed soreness around my lower abdomen/bladder area.. Wasn’t sure if I was jelqing too hard or if it was from the planks and sit-ups I was did during the same week. Long story short, I took 10 days off from PE and started back again yesterday hoping for the best - fingers crossed.

This is my first time posting. I joined quite awhile ago but then never really took the time to post. I have been doing a very basic routine some pumping with a bath mate, jelqing, and using a quick extender pro. I recently bought a zen clamp and going to start incorporating that.

I’ve been stalking the threads for about 4 months. I am a 44 year old married (16 years) white male about 6ft tall.

I’ve been inadvertently doing a form PE since puberty in the form of edging: just forcing as much blood into my member as I can, mostly prone. I’ve never been small, though I wouldn’t say I was ever the widest. I remember about 15-16 being happy with 6 1/4 BPEL, but at some point got it to about 6 3/4.

Over the years It would hover around 7, until I was watching porn on my TV and sat on the edge of my bed and in that position I had the biggest erection I had seen until that point in my life, probably a solid 7 1/2. Not bad!

That got me thinking about positions and blood flow, how to visualize and force more in than out.

So, after that I still didn’t gain much as far as EL
But I would occasionally, after very intense edging, get to a point where I looked huge. It was a huge turn on, inevitably leading to an orgasm in my excitement.

These little moments gave hope that I had the potential to cement those freak occurrences as actual gains. I’ve kept the hope, mostly. Especially when for the longest time since early adulthood, I could measure a BPFL of around 8 1/2, though never reach that while erect(perhaps getting close during intense moments.)

Now comes my time perusing this forum: I had tried, unsuccessfully previously, to pump and gave it up. Now, with more knowledge I got a tube that fit my width better, although it was far too long at 12 x 2. Still, I worked it and filled it with girth, and one time got it to my short term goal of 8 1/2 after about 2 months.

Now, I ordered a cheap extender off eBay and have been using that as well. Mostly to stop shrinkage, but I also edge with it occasionally and manage to really get a good girth with that technique. I also got a shorter 9 x 2 tube as a fairly short term solution and just last night got it to about 9 1/8 for the first time cracking the 9 inch barrier.

I use a combo of dry, then wet pumps. During this last time I really pushed it and added some shaving gel into the base to cause back pressure to push me to my goal.

I know it’s a dangerous way to do it, but I’ve grown to know my limits and when to back off.

This is fun and I hope to keep looking for better ways to get past the small hurdles and short term limits. There’s so much in saying having a big mentality, to see someone that has done it helps the faith.

One day I’ll get to 12 inches, girth I feel, will take care of itself, though I expect I’ll be over 7 at that length.
