Can anyone tell me proper routine for starting please I do not want to get my penis injured

I have recently started the begginer program and I had a question. I am pretty girthy at 6inch and I would like to avoid girth gains altogether. I read some posts about having lower erections on jelqs is better for length than girth. If I do the begginer routine with low erection jelqs can I avoid girth gains while making length progress?

Welcome to Thunder’s Osteocyte.

Jelqing is a great way to get acquainted with PE. As it pertains to only gaining in one dimension, this can be a bit tricky. Ultimately I would say that you are going to want to move into more stretch based exercises; however, even with those exercises some gains in girth might be unavoidable.

Hi, I have a little of webbed penis and I’ve been restarting PE for almost 3 months and half right now with newbie routine. Actually, I used to PE 2 years ago and I had to stop because of been too busy. Do you guys think that webbed penis is somehow slowing the length gain?

Penile webbing, commonly called “turkey neck” by many of us here, will not impact your PE progress. I have a turkey neck and have had no issues with it.


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

The newbie routine is a great way to get acquainted with PE.

Definitely use the search function and you should be able to find most of what you are looking for.

I hope I read the undertone of this thread right as it being the “newbies introduce yourselves and ask stupid questions” thread.

I just started PE last week, and as of today, I am on my second cycle so to speak. I’ve been following the newbie routine mostly but been following the time under tension idea rather than x number of jelqs. I find I simply lose count or interest if I’m made to count like that. This is probably the second time I’ve started PE, and the third time I’ve tried to research. I gotta say, Thunder’s is an excellent place to learn and dedicate.

I do have a few questions if y’all don’t mind:
The mantra “less is more” is repeated ad infinitum everywhere here. To that end, the “How to Jelq” and similar threads mention getting up to even 80%-90% full of blood. I wonder if this is intended for newbies? Or even if 80%-90% of blood in a jelq is still considered lighter work ultimately? Basically, is a 90% jelq still considered “less”?
Additionally, in this same idea: I’ve seen people recommend modified jelqs, where you only move 1” or so up the shaft for newbies as well. Would you agree with that style of jelq being for newbies?
