Hey everyone

So I’m not exactly new to PE or Thundersplace, but I took a long vacation and after some extensive meditation on my previous failures with PE I’ve decided to give this another shot with a new angle.

Originally, around 2.5 years ago, I started PE with the newbie routine, and gradually over the course of 2 years introduced weighted hanging and clamping. I saw about 1/2” of length and maybe 1/4” of girth gains in that time, which I think is decent. However, the gains slowed to a stop, and then I had a slight injury which sidelined me for a few months. I tried to get back into PE after recovery, but just lost interest because by that point, based off of my lack of gains for so long, I had lost confidence and motivation.

My new plan is to work on the newbie routine again, but this time instead of pushing through once I get tired and can’t maintain my desired erection percent, I’ll just finish up and call it a day. I believe that most people, myself included, do too much rather than too little.
Even if my jelqing session only lasts 5 minutes before I’m tired, I will listen to the feedback my body is giving me. There was a point during my clamping and hanging days where I was receiving all of the positive PIs I can imagine, but still wasn’t gaining - but many of the days I was just so tired that I had to force myself to do the work, and often time coerce myself with porn to stay in the workout. I believe this was the defining flaw in my workouts.

Anyway, excited to be back. Excited to learn from my previous mistakes - even though I FELT like I was doing everything right, and in many regards I did, I still think there are some improvements I can make on my discipline and patience.

Hey everybody! I used to go on here a lot when I was much younger.. Recently had an experience where a couple wanted my measurements and I measured for the first time in years and think my penis shrank! I’ve been doing half ass jelqing and an ali-express hanger for the past few months but realized I’ve probably been making zero gains. SO back to square one - reading a lot and starting the newbie routine.

My current stats are(after a jelq. Session and the bathmate for like 4 min.): NBPEL : 7 in. MSEG:5 in. - definitely going to need to re-measure girth, but the length is consistent, just need to measure bone pressed to be more accurate.
Goal, eventually I’d like to be 8” BPEL and 6” EG. But my closer goals are BPEL: 7.5 in. And MSEG: 5.5

So nice to have a website like Thunder’s. What a tremendous resource, and if a question hasn’t already been answered there’s so many experienced members willing to take the time to help. I started PE in July 2019 with traction. I just purchased a Bib’s hanger and looking forward to bigger gains with hanging.

Hi folks,

I’m brand new to this site but not brand new to PE. I used an extender for a while and that turned out to be helpful for gaining length. I recently started working on girth, which right now interests me a bit more than length. I’m pumping several times per week with one or two days off in total my EQ feels excellent but I have yet to see sustainable gains. I should qualify that.. My flaccid length and a bit of flaccid girth have definitely improved since I started pumping. I haven’t seen much of a change in my erectile states, unless of course I check after pumping.
In any case, thank you for this resource. It’s been invaluable. It’s going to be tough to keep pumping and not seeing results on my erect numbers but for now I’m happy with what I’ve gained and definitely happy with the flaccid changes. I have 1-3/4” by 9” LA pump. It’s freaking awesome. I also have a hydromax but it only works if I’m taking a batch which is not practical for me to do every day

Should be a fun ride, shooting for 8.5 x 6.25, currently 7 x 5.25 :)

Hello posting for the very first time here. I am currently little over 7 inches BPEL, but my dream is to get one extra inch.

So I bought JES extender, since I simply don’t have the will of power to jelq or stretch daily for a long time.

If that was the end of my struggles that would be really nice, but when I tried to secure head of my penis with the silicon tube, I noticed that my glans are pretty small when flaccid, so the moment I put on the smallest tension it basically slipped in about 3-5 minutes. I am not even talking about the comfort strap, because somehow it is too big and it slips out of it immediately. So my question here is if anyone have experience with this and have some good and easy way to secure it ?

I just got my quick extender pro today. I’m quite new to this, and haven’t read everything here yet, but from what I have read, it shows a great wealth of knowledge here.

Does anybody have any specific experience with the quick extender pro that could share some tips?
