Hi Everyone! This is my first post. Sorry for the length of it. I have been using PE methods for 3 years and gained almost .5 inch in BPEL (6.25 x 5.5 to 6.75 x 5.7)

I started with the Newbie routine for the first 4 months, then moved to an X4 extender 2-4 hours a day for the next year, and then progressed to a Bib starter hanger and tried to follow Bib’s model of progression. Most of the gains came from the 1.5 years of hanging. Initially I tried to follow Bib’s 10 hours/week requirement but often only did 3-4 sets of 20 minutes a day, 6-7 days per week. I worked up to hanging 33.5 pounds and never “felt” fatigue during or after hanging but unfortunately did experience a loss in erection quality. For the last 7 months I hung 3-4 sets with relatively heavy weight (25-33.5 lbs) followed by 2-4 hours in the X4 with no change in bone pressed flaccid or in bone pressed erect length. I have always had a very thick 1/4+ inch dorsal cord that extends from my public bone to the glans and easily takes the full load. The surrounding tissues never experience significant stretch or strain.

Currently, I’m one month into a 3 month break. I plan to return to PE and try a heat source (either the US pro second edition or an IR heating pad) with a vacuum hanger and light weight. My goal is at least 7.25 x 6. Do any of you have recommendations concerning the heat source or routine? Thanks!

I just started posting today and I signed up about a year ago, but I’ve known about this place for years. Finally I decided to buy a pump, bought beginner ones that sucked, now I have the real stuff lol. Happy to be here in this community with other men who want the same thing, no matter your starting point. Also it can be very confusing to post. Compared to other social media platforms this one can be a little on the old school. Could use some updating and organize icons a bit better. Just my opinion.

Well done on the gains. Heat source can be matter of preference. I’m a personal fan of heating pads, but depending on the exercise an IR lamp sometimes is better suited, such as when doing manual exercises.

Definitely read through Kyrpa’s threads relative to the application of US. Given your current level of experience you should be able to make a determination as to your next path in PE.

You will also benefit from starting your own progress thread and beginning to document your journey.

Hello, everybody, this is my first post after signing up about a month ago.

Anyway, I found this site because I was searching for natural penis enlargement methods because I am insecure about my size. Just to give you guys an idea my flaccid is an unimpressive 2.5 to 3 inches and my NBPEL is 4.7 inches but my BPEL is 5.5 inches with a 4.3 inches erect girth (sorry for not knowing the abbreviations). Because of this I have removed myself from the dating scene so as to avoid being shamed and emasculated by women (women can be cruel and will discuss your “small” problem with others). It feels terrible to be in your mid-thirties (I am thirty-four) and not have been with a woman at all.

My issues started when I was eleven. I was close to “scoring” with a fourteen year old girl but did not because when she grabbed my junk (I was wearing denim pants) she said she felt nothing and rather than feeling aroused I became anxious and I left her apartment. We tried again, and this time I tried getting an erection but my anxiety got the better of me and I could not get an erection.

With the passing of time I assumed that things would just fall in place and that somehow an attractive woman would fall for me and I would lose my virginity but alas real life is something else. It does not help that women prefer a much larger penis (it is no secret that women prefer something that is between six to seven inches in length with a girth between five to six inches) to mine in both length and girth which contributes to removing myself from dating and from feeling depressed about my situation.

I do realize that I have to work on my low self-esteem but I feel that working on the size of my member that I will give my self-esteem a much needed boost.

I felt very hopeful with the newbie program but I have stumbled upon a problem: I cannot jelq properly. I do the five-minute warm up with a warm towel but it leaves me with a tiny member (like when it is cold), I do the stretches with difficulty (I am uncircumcised), and then I try to manually arouse myself (even visually) but my member just does not respond. I believe that anxiety is the main culprit because I do posses a fear that perhaps I might injure myself or that I am not performing the exercises correctly. Or maybe I am not very comfortable messing around with my junk.

Did anyone experience any erection problems as a newbie when trying to perform jelqs? And has anyone felt any pelvic discomfort after performing the stretches?

Thanks in advance to whoever provides me with useful information. I hope to make PE a part of my life as I feel that I posses both the time and will to perform the exercises when twenty to thirty minutes is not that much when there are people to waste more time sitting on their butts watching television.

Would Love A Decent Bulge

Hi. I’ve been aware of this site for a few years and signed up some time ago. I’m sure I’ve posted a few times but can’t find those posts.

I’m now trying PE more seriously. My flaccid “hang” varies from a shrivelled 1” to about 4” at its best. When shrivelled it’s just foreskin that’s showing. Most of the time the flaccid length is under 2”. I can manage 5.5” BPEL at best.

So it’s the flaccid state that needs the most attention. Until I get that improved swimming pools and the beach are places of fear for me. I particularly dread the thought of ever having to visit a doctor with a cock-related health problem.

I’ve been doing simple stretches from the Newbie routine for about three weeks now. I haven’t tried jelqing as I have a feeling it won’t work for me.

My Thickwall pump arrived yesterday and I tried water pumping but it was quite tricky. I think I’ll try air pumping for a while instead. I’ve also ordered an extender so I’ve got another weapon in the armoury.

It’s a little awkward getting sufficient private time in the bathroom to do PE without attracting suspicion but I’ll persevere.

Zero gains

First post on TP.

Started PE 3/1/20. Starting stats 6.75” BPFSL, 4.9” MEG. Followed a regimen of mostly manual stretching and jelqing 5 days/week with 2 off days. 6 months later had newbie gains with 7.5” BPFSL and 5.0” MEG. Wow! I was psyched! Continued the same routine and also added some pumping and clamping. Extensive pre-PE warm-ups and warm-downs, adequate rest. Did all the right things. 6 months later 7.5” BPFSL, 5.0” MEG. Zero gains! Pretty damned discouraging. Did a search and couldn’t find any topics specific to that. No time right now to wade through tens of thousands of posts. Just blowing off steam. Guess I’ll wallow in misery for a while and turn to some other method or else find another hobby. I hear metal detecting can be fun.

Sorry to hear your frustration. Do you use heat at all? I’m still new and just 4 months in, but was curious. Have you tried backing off? 2 days on and 1 day off or some other variation? Previous life as a performance coach, sometimes we throw too much stimulus at the body and backing off and reducing volume can actually lead to new gains. Maybe increasing intensity through the duration on each jelq to 5 seconds. Just throwing some ideas out there. I’m still lucky enough to be seeing the newbie gains but when I stall, these are some ideas that I’ve already tossed around.


Start 11/12/2020: BPEL-6.5”; MSEG-4.5”

I’ve been lurking for a few months. I came across this forum when I was searching for PE devices. I found the Restore X extender and they claimed scientific backed results. So I decided to try to find information on it that wasn’t on their website. That’s when I stumbled onto this forum. I didn’t find exactly what I was looking for as far as information on that particular device goes, but I was blown away by all the information on here and with all of the people with claimed results. A little while later I became a member.

I don’t have a lot of free time to read on here, but I search through various things when I can. I’m going on 130 days with the Restore X extender with very little gains (under .2”, most of which came within the first month and a half). I found mentions of using heat along with your routine, so I’ve incorporated that as much as I can over the last 25 days or so. My stretched length has continued to increase, especially after adding the heat, my flaccid length has continued to slowly increase, but my erect length has been virtually unchanged for nearly the last 100 days. My stretched length started at just over 6” and had increased to nearly 6 3/4” before I stopped seeing gains. After I added heat, I’m now up to roughy 7 1/4” stretched length and continue to notice gains. My original, pushed into the bone, length was 6 3/8”, my current is 6 1/2”. Girth has stayed almost unchanged with starting at 4 1/2” and currently 4 5/8”.

I’ve tried to stay positive and continue to use my extender, I’ve added time to the recommended twice daily for 30 minutes. After around 60 days I started trying to do 3 times a day. Now I usually run my sessions 45-60 minutes 2-3 times a day several days a week and the other days I try to get at least one 60 minute session and then 1-2 more 30 minute sessions. Sometimes time restraints keep me from always getting that much stretching in, but I always try to get at least the minimum 60 minute daily recommendation in. So this is my current story and journey. I am making my first forum post in hopes of learning from others and finding advice and recommendations from those with similar experiences that were able to overcome the stalled/minimal gains that I am currently experiencing.

Hi all,
First post! I’m at 7,5 BPEL x 5,5 girth with a “100%” erection. Done some very basic jelqs and never stuck to a schedule.
Looking forward to getting to 105% or even 110%, want more hardness, more vascular and veiny results.
Also want more consistent rock-hard erections.
Tried a ring and love the enhanced feeling and look that gives, if I can reach that naturally without the need for a ring it would be awesome.

Long time lurker, first time I register and actually post. :)
