I am into PE for already 4 years now and informed myself a lot, maybe too much that I‘m confused. Right now I follow a routine that I made myself for 8 weeks. I do manual stretching, hanging, jelqing, clamping and pumping. With all of those I increase the intensity over time. Parallel to that I take Ipamorelin (140mcg twice a day) and BPC157 (140mcg twice a day) Right now I am at week 3 and haven’t really gained any length, but a little girth. Sometimes I wonder if girth gains can hinder my length gains.. My whole workout concept is build on the idea of increasing intensity, because when I was doing PE 3 or 4 years ago my mistake was to start of to intense so I couldn’t really increase the intensity that much. I startet my 8 week chem PE program with 1 day on 1 day off, now I’m at 2 days on 2 days of, the come 3 days on 2 days off, all the way to the end to 5 days on 2 days off. So even the training frequency increases. What do you think of that principle. Also I train length in the morning, then hop into my vacuum extender to rest in an elongated state, and in the evening I do my girth work. I realise I can do length work nearly everyday, but not girth work.. It’s even hard to keep my hard and horny all the time I get used to porn it’s like watching sports hahaha lol. I can post photos later of my workout routine and all my exercises. But right now I’m frustrated because I am not seeing real length gains.. What could I change, I warm up properly, do stretches in every direction, increase those, and increase the weight and hanging time when hanging.

First timer here. Already learning a lot. Looking to increase both Girth and Length as well as learn how to maintain hard erections.

Hi only been on the site for less than a week. I am looking forward to gaining the size I have always wanted since I was a teen so many decades ago. Tried some PE many years ago but no success, but to be honest only gave it a few months.

When I found your site I remembered those exercises and the video and pictures here showed me I was definitely not doing things quite right.

New poster here. I’m looking to get into PE and while a simple search for “newbie routine” gives a lot of results, I guess I’d appreciate if anyone has some more beginner oriented routines they’d suggest. I’m particularly interested in ones that focus on girth though my goals include both girth and length increases.
