Yes. At least 10-15 minutes with a wet washcloth as hot as I can stand massaging the full length from root to tip and all surrounding ligs. Get at least 3 rest days/week. Going to try hanging next as an addition to manual stretching. Even a 1/4” gain would at least provide some encouragement to keep it up. Good luck to you!

Just wanted to say hello and thanks for letting me join this very informative forum. Been checking it out for a couple of weeks and decided to join. Looking forward to learning and hopefully contributing. I have been doing a few manual stretches off and on over the years then just stopped. Recently gained interest when I started having a few issues with rigidity and started pumping, already seeing some results. I guess the next thing I should do is get some starting measurements so I can confirm it’s not all imagination. Cheers.

I am new to thunders and I’m excited to be here, I did the newbie program for two months consistently with minor gains. Now I am beginning to hang. One thing I noticed is my glans getting blue and cold after about 10 minutes at 2.5lbs. I hang for 20 minutes and on my 10 minute break between hangs the blood flow begins again and the glans seems to return to normal. Once my hanging session is complete the glans returns to normal within 30 minutes. I just wanted to make sure this is normal? I see forums say cold/blue gains are bad but my wrap isn’t tight at all and hanging device is the loosest it can go before it starts slipping?

Two months is not a long time. I would recommend continuing to focus on your manual routine. Developing technique and increasing intensity and duration.

Hanging is typically applied after gains from lower force methods have been exhausted.

In addition, if experimenting with longer duration lower weight extension methods, such as 2.5 lbs., I would recommend experimenting with extenders before hanging.

Others here will share their knowledge and advice.

Thank you for the response! I forgot to mention that I am still manual stretching for 20 minutes a day and wet jelqing for 30 minutes a day only taking 2 days off a week. I hope I am not rushing the process but I know a friend personally who had massive gains just hanging with zero manual stretching or jelqing. I was hoping to start Working hanging in just in hopes of gains. I am starting very slow with only 2.5lbs for 3 sets of 20 minutes. I am yet to research the extenders and clamps but I plan on getting a proper perspective on it all! Thank you so much for the input

I had been looking at the bathmate, but on reading here I noticed that air pumps with a gauge, such as the LA pump are more widely used and recommended. Hi everyone. I’m Moray Eel. I’ve been manually exercising for over twenty years, with enormous gains. I just recently achieved 8.25 inches in length and 6 inches in girth. I am beginning to try pumping. I am not finished growing!

My story began decades ago, when I started PE. I actually had very realistic expectations. I knew I’d probably be graying by the time I was satisfied, and I was cool with that.
