Hey y’all first post!! Currently 18 and interested in PE. Did it on and off for a year. I am very average 5.56’ length and 4.52’ girth. Wondering if anyone else was in the same boat as me, and if so, what routine they did constantly to get results.

First PostRoutine Review

Hello everybody,

This is my first post. Been checking out forums for years for info, done PE on and off for just as long.
I’m going to really start getting after it. I’ve done the newbie routine several times and gotten nothing out of it. Not sure if my ligaments and/or tunica are just exceptionally tough or what.
So my new plan of attack, focusing mainly on length is as follows.
Morning session in shower: 5 minutes stretching, alternating bundled, V and inverted v stretches. Followed by 5 minutes in bathmate at max pressure with downward stretch for 30 sec every minute.
At work I have a private bathroom with a lock so I plan on doing 3 to 4 sets of 10 minutes of hanging throughout the day. Just using a phallosan vacuum cup and gallon of water tied to it. (I’m a bodybuilder so it doesn’t look strange to carry around a gallon of water lol). Traction wrap between sets.
Evening session same as morning.
If you read all that, thanks for sticking it out. Thoughts?

Be careful with “max pressure” as I do not believe you have a gauge on the bathmate to know exactly what that means. Once you begin moving above 7-8hg this can be dangerous. Just something to think about. If you have not already, I might suggest also investing in a dry system with a gauge.

Very creative! I also love regular bathroom sets of one kind or another.

At 8.34 lbs you could also consider extender devices as they can approach 9.25 lbs when using a 4200 gram spring set. Also you can try lower tension levels over longer duration.

Lol, it will be a bit more expensive than a jug of water;-)

Definitely start a progress thread. Also take some good starting measurements and pics for at least your own record.

Hey folks. New here. I am currently doing 14hr a day with the phallosan system. I am reluctant to measure anything yet as I am wanting to see a larger increase that ¹/¹⁶. I don’t want to be discouraged and stop or not be as committed.

6.5 BPEL at the start two weeks ago. Ill see where I am at the beginning of next month.

Hey everyone, I never post but I’m 38 and have been doing PE and pumping for about 16 years. Casually off and on for the longest time but about four years ago I got serious and this year started whole package pumping. Nothing like making gains and outgrowing equipment that you’ve been using for years.

Currently saving up for a monstertube (don’t get a two stage cylinder from Boston pump, big mistake)

I’ve been lurking for a few years on this site, created an account and stared the newbie routine but let life get in the way. I decided in November to start the newbie routine again and arranged my schedule to allow the time needed for conditioning. I don’t have any aspirations of gaining much length or girth but rather improve my EQ. I’m approaching my mid 40s and my EQ hasn’t been great in 2020, though this could be attributed more to living through a pandemic than aging gracefully! So, in the last 4 weeks I’ve noticed improved vascularity and a slightly larger flaccid hang. Thanks to everyone who has contributed throughout the years and to those who keep this form running. Cheers!

I am new and starting now. My first goal is girth 5.5 starting 12.5cm/4.9 inch. I feel my length is perfect 19cm/7.4 inch. I took picture at starting and if get some result will tell my routine later. I hope to get some result soon 🙂
