I have been learning the lingo and about parts of my penis which I had no idea existed. I am learning more about PI as a guide to listening to my body.

I pumped a little bit in College, over 20 years ago. Aside from that, I jerk off a lot. It got into PE about a month ago. I found an old exercise donut which is mean for grip training. I then purchased a pump. The only one in the store which had a gauge had a 2.5” diameter base. Safety first. I used it a few times. I also bought an anti-turtle/pumping sleeve and felt it did wonders for girth expansion during pumping. I am going to shelf the pump for a bit and focus on the newbie routine. When I resume pumping I will buy a 1.75” cylinder. When I pack it I will move up. Thanks for saving me a ton of money on a Bathmate. I read the advice here and bought a vacuum pressure test kit for bleeding breaks.
I haven’t tried it yet but will in due time.

I also purchased a knock off tension extender and tried it once to get a hang of it. Great tips on this site. Learning about BPFL measurement fluctuations due to pelvic tilt, I came to appreciate that if I put the device on while sitting hunched forward and then stand, I lose tension. Conversely, if I put it on while standing and then sit, the tension increase is appreciated. However, I will bench this device and stick with the newbie routine for now.

I purchased a $500 blow up hot tube a few months ago, prior to getting into PE. How convenient as I understand how heat is our friend. I just did my first newbie routine in the hot tub. Amazing!! I added a few extra stretches which are part of the rotating stretch but also do them in a static fashion (left, right, diagonal upper left, diagonal upper right and why not, straight out. I also do a little of grabbing the shaft in the middle and stretching because I felt the base to mod shaft was very relaxed but the top part of my shaft was still a bit stiff. I also relax the stretches a bit and perform a deep tissue massage to the shaft, ligs and the cord. I am then able to stretch further, especially so on the BTC stretch as I felt as if I could pull my dick up my back, lol.

The tip on olive oil to assist wet jelqing under water was huge. I only had to apply it once for the entire session. When I would wet jelq in my bedroom with water based lube, I had to reapply a few times.

I am going to learn more about reading my PIs and condition my mind that less is more and see how things go for a few months. I can always do more later.

Learning about BP measuring is awesome, instant dick size enhancement, lol. Due to porn, I always felt I was average but on the smaller side. With the advent of the internet, I know know that my flaccid size is at times the same as the average erect size based on some studies. I was surprised.

When I started back in 2011 I really had no idea what I was doing. I had been looking at multiple sites and I primarily started doing it due to a major hematoma injury. It had caused trauma and I had lost the ability to sustain and sometimes even get an erection, I’m assuming due to nerve damage and it probably got in my head too(the bigger one).

I started actually with essential oils to repair the cell damage and to hopefully repair the nerve damage. It had some outstanding results. Since I had found what I thought was an amazing solution to a weird problem, I bought into the whole PE thing. Once the pain had stopped after the oils did their job, my research led me to this site when I was researching ED rehab. I started very light with stretching and wet jelqs to get circulation back to normal.

Started with a 5-10 min warm up with a wheat bag.
Basically did the around the clock,
6 o’clock for 30 sec hold, 4 o’clock for 30 sec hold, 8 o’clock for 30 sec hold,
12 o’clock for 30 sec hold, 2 o’clock for 30 sec hold, 10 o’clock for 30 sec hold,
9 o’clock for 30 sec hold, 3 o’clock for 30 sec hold, straight out for 30 sec hold.
In between each of these 10 rotations with light to medium pressure clockwise then counter clockwise.

Followed up by a 100 wet jelq. I sometimes did a second warm up depending on how I felt and climate conditions (Canada. It’s F’n cold up here sometimes ‘EH).
I would eventually increase tension and worked my way up to 500 wet jelqs over the course of about a year.
Man did I see some incredible results that even amazed me since EQ and size were now surpassing my norm before the injury. So of course I kept going, plus my GF was loving the changes.

After about a year to year and a half, life got busy and hadn’t done much PE for about 2 years or more. Then started back into it about 2015 ish and introduced pumping to focus on girth. According to all PE sites my routine was designed to target girth but it was actually to increase nutrients and blood flow to the area since I would still get phantom pains from old injury. Nothing major just a little annoying. Started to see some really slow but consistent gains through this, as well as some very welcomed and unexpected length gains I really hadn’t expected. It surged by over a half an inch in about 3 months and I wasn’t even focusing on length gains. I really wish I kept a better log of measurements.

Continued with maintenance routine for about a year and let me tell you, my junk had never felt or looked better. Zero pain and zero ED. According to my now wife I needed to stop because I was getting too big. Let me tell ya it’s nice to hear the efforts were paying off.

Pumping was 5-7”Hg with the occasional short burst up to 10”Hg but that was too much. I spent about 10-20 min in the tube depending on how the junk felt, warm up before pumping. Caused bruising and donuting, plus it wasn’t as positive as the lower pressures. I find lower pressures with very short bursts to the 10” actually made a much better result, especially for EQ. At this point I started getting nocturnal/morning wood back which was funny because I hadn’t even noticed it disappeared.

So I started back on PE beginning in 2019 and now(thank you Covid) and am focused on length. I have introduced an extender into my routine but haven’t seen much improvement according to measurements, need to measure and record again.

Advice from experts here would be appreciated since from what I read here, pretty sure I’m on the plateau. Considering a 3-6 month decon break.

I’ve found out about being able to actually enlarge your penis after years of being told that it’s impossible and the only way to increase size is through surgery, which is obviously a big no. Now I’m very pumped and excited to begin the whole thing without any goals in mind other than getting bigger, so no dream size in mind (for the time being, at least). As you can tell I’m a complete newbie to this whole thing and will probably be requiring a lot of help from all the veterans in this business. Hope everyone can help me with my future questions and such.

I first started with PE in the late 90s and had a few good months before an unexpected accident (not related to PE). At the time I did manual exercises and it was great until I got sidelined. I more or less abandoned the ambition since it took so long to recover.

Fast forward to now, and I’ve been working through the newbie for a bit. I’m aiming for more growth with girth than length and hope to record some decent data over the course.

Whats up guys! I’ve started the newbie routine multiple times. I’ve been reading forums for years about PE. I have also used a bath mate and a size genetics extender.

I am not a fan of the bath mate. The size genetics extender is hard for me to use because of my job. Working 12 to 16 hours a day makes it hard to use. Plus hiding it to me seems impossible. So I’ve been looking more towards a ADS. Any recommendations on one?

The big reason for posting here is about the pshot. I have seen posts on here where its said don’t do it, then some have said its awesome. I’m looking for some truth about it. I had very low testosterone, which I have that fixed but the sensation isn’t the same.

After alot of reading an thinking about it, would the pshot be a good way to rejuvenate the little guy an start back into PE? I believe I kept stopping before because I just wasn’t seeing any results an getting frustrated. Now I have my hormones back on track if the pshot can do what some say it can would it be a good kick start to growth and more sensitivity? Maybe the lose in sensitivity was do from stretching, extending, and pumping. But with my hormones jacked up all I could have been doing was damaging myself. So hopefully someone reads this an can give some truthful feedback on the pshot and if it would be a good kick start to see some actual gains, better sex, a way to stop major turtling!

I have been reading them. Seems that as far as sensitivity an strong erection the pshot is ok. But most are wanting growth from it and that’s not happening from the post. I have not seen anything about if it has helped with turtling. Which better blood flow would help with that correct?

What’s up guys. Saw the topic so just making my first post I guess. I have started the newbie routine a few times but never stuck with it. So I decided to try hanging. I know that’s ill advised, but I knew I could actually stick to something hands free. I started 6 1/8” BPEL, and after two months or so I can easily break the 6.5 mark and if I have a 10/10 erection I am right at the 6.75 mark. Unfortunately, I had a week of zero privacy time so I restarted hanging at 5lb and have now worked myself back up to 12lb. I’m starting to feel the stretch again, but am not yet riding fatigue.

Not real sure what my goals are. I’d really like to hit 7.5” , but I have a feeling I’ll lose motivation once I have a few months of no gains. Although if I hit that 7” milestone, that may reinvigorate me.

I’m more active on bibs forum, and lurk here. Wish I had someone in real life to talk to about this. I might tell my brother about it if I feel its been a success for me.

This is my first post here at Thunder’s Place.

I I have little experience with PE. Have been extending for a little over a month and 120 hours now with a Quick Extender Pro. Aside from that I have done a few manuals here and there in the past, but those efforts never lasted long. That being said, I’m seeing some results with extension already, which is encouraging.

My starting stats were:

BPEL 14cm / 5.5in
MSEG 11cm / 4.3in

I measured 15cm at my last official measurement. My erection quality is somewhat improved and my base girth seems to have grown but I have not been very diligent in my girth measurements since right now my focus is on length.

The difference between 15cm and 15cm means I am approximately .4 in longer BPEL and I am very close to being in the 6” club.

My short term plan is to continue extending, then, after maybe 3 months, slowly add in some manuals on certain days, following something like the linear newbie routine.

My goal is to attain 17cm, and then begin to put more of a focus on girth work.

For your curiosity, I’m 5’7”, 160 lb, in my early 30s, relatively fit (can do like 12 pull-ups, not bad), with not too much fat pad.

I’ve gotten plenty of tail, and I’ve had some very promiscuous, triple-digit women tell me I was in their 5 lays of all time. All of that to say, younger fellas, as long as you make it fun in the bedroom for everyone, you’re gonna have a good time. It’s just the way my dick bends, that usually puts a lot of pressure on my ligaments at the base. I curve up and to the left. It’s awesome for certain positions. That thing is a great G-Spot hitter. Anyways, while extending, I’ve mostly just been wearing it in some loose fitting shorts. Everything hangs straight down, through one of the two short sleeves. I always have it slightly off-center. I feel that this has given my ligaments a little more mobility so I’m excited to ask my wife to hop on one of these days. By the way, my wife knows I’m extending. I’ve shown her my setup. She told me she thought I looked a little longer the last time she gave me a blowjob.

My routine so far has been solely extending. I started using the extender with 0 extra bars per their user guide and followed the initial 45 hour introductory period. Since then, I have very loosely following their rule of 54 hours before introducing a new 0.2 rod to the stack.

I realize that it may be advised to go with the newbie routine first, but this is a unique time in my life since I’m working from home all of the time now. It is so easy and convenient to extend. I don’t believe I could pull off extending at my office. So, I’m going to maximize my opportunity to use an extender right now.

I aim to extend in 90 minute sessions, totaling 5-6 hours. However, I use a somewhat “velocity-based” approach and either listen to my dick and go shorter or longer. It just depends on how my dick feels and whether I feel I have gotten to a good stopping point. I didn’t take many rest days at first. I was excited and my dick was fresh. I’ve been adding them as needed. My dick feels fantastic still, but I want to keep it that way. (You can see my rest days in the table below.) I have been applying heat by a rice sock while extending occasionally and sometimes I edge between or after sessions.

I’ll usually extend without warm-up for my first session, then take a short break. For the second or third session, I apply heat with a rice sock after about 30 minutes of non-heated extending. I then cool down for an additional 30 minutes. So a session is always a cold session, or cold-warm-cool. I have introduced the rice sock gradually. I will introduce newbie manuals gradually too when the time is right. I am cultivating my regimen and routine.

Additionally, I use a rice sock on days that I add length to my extender bar stack. I add the additional rod length after heating.
