Hi everybody!
This is my first post so let me say a little bit about myself.
I’ve done PE exercises for some months, twice, a long time ago (10+ years) now I’m thinking about getting back to it and trying new exercises and routines.
My current BPEL is 18.5cm (7.28 inches). Girth I don’t know and don’t have any tapes around at the moment.
I don’t remember where started and I never had the habit of taking notes. I think before any PE exercises I had around of 6.5 of BPEL. Sometimes I wonder if part of my gains were just me learning to do BPEL measurements better though, but I know for sure my stuff got bigger. I also definitively got girth gains - I even got the rib cage effect.
My first PE routine was jelqing and pumping. I don’t think I got any gains from it but maybe I was doing it wrong since I was a total beginner at the time, and/or didn’t have the right equipment.
I started to get noticeably bigger after I changed my routine to manual stretches, horse squeezes and edging. But eventually I plateaued (or maybe I got impatient) and stopped.
Thinking about starting PE again but now with the aid of some tools. Doing everything manually eventually got me tired and it was one of the reasons I quit. This time I’m thinking about trying, as a starter, an extender and see how it goes. I read it’s clinically proven to increase length (at least flaccid stretched length) and this got me excited. Going to do more research before I jump the gun again though.
Looking forward to grabbing the next phase of gains!
