Newbie questions

Hi all!

Brand new here. I just started the newbie routine. I’m 5.5 long and 4.5 around, and I’m pretty insecure about it. I would be very happy with 0.5-1.0” gain in length and 0.25-0.5” gain in girth.

My questions:
1) How long should I stick with the newbie routine before moving on to something more advanced? Like devices, etc. Right now I’m thinking I’ll commit to 3 months of the routine and then measure again at the end of March 2020.
2) How often can I masturbate while doing this? Does not ejaculating too often help gains? I already don’t look at porn, so just asking about masturbating.

There are many of us just look around. My advice is to read as many threads as possible. Taking good starting measurements and start a progress report. If you feel comfortable enough to post pics it’ll need to go in the progress reports and pics section. Use the search button for questions and if you don’t see what your looking for post it and someone will answer it. Remember though what works for one guy may not work for you.

Hey everyone!

Well about eleven years after first finding this site and starting PE, I’m finally posting and getting more involved. I found this when I was in high school and honestly just wasn’t patient enough to follow a routine properly, so I quit PE. Then started again years later with some various devices only to stop again (too much force and not enough patience). Now I’m finally at a point where I’m mature enough and patient enough to set my goals and work towards them properly, so here I am!

My current stats are BPEL: 6” MSEG: 6”

Because of these stats, I feel no need to gain girth for quite a while. Really all I’m aiming for in the near future will be length. I’m hoping for an eventual BPEL: 8” MSEG: 6.5”
As a start, I’ve been doing a manual stretch routine for just a couple weeks again with a little water pumping after to get some blood flow in there again.

Btw I have no idea where to start from I know jelqing and stretching exercises from hands and am doing that now. I want to go further with more techniques for faster results. Recommendations from veterans? Thanks.

Better Erections

Hi, first time posting which is why its in this thread.

I search for how to get a better erection and now here I am.

I’m currently 6”EL x 5”EG. I’m relatively happy with this but would love to have more girth. I’ve been pumping for about a month, 5 days on 2 days off.
3x 5min pumps with jelqs in between. To help recirculate blood.

My erection quality is a bigger concern for me and I’d appreciate being pointed in the right direction with how to improve them.

I’m 40 years old and in good physical condition, I sometimes wake up with night time erections and these are usually very hard and I sometimes wake up with morning wood which are also usually hard.
But when I’m having sex with mph partner I often lose my stiffness, sometimes due to how wet she can get and the lack of friction that occurs with that and certain positions don’t feel as good for me like when she’s riding me.
The real problem though is that the second I become aware of the lack of hardness I’m often getting in to my head and losing my erection altogether.

I think this is what in led me here to this forum to be honest. I’ve developed an insecurity around my cock not being good enough and in researching that I also started to want more girth.

If you haven’t already, definitely check out the newbie routine. We typically recommend exhausting gains through use of lower volume manual work before moving on to equipment such as pumps. This is also a safe way to get your cock acclimated to the stresses of PE.

Relative to EQ during sex, it sound like it is mostly in your head, as you have already indicated. Maybe try to focus on how turned on she is by you. Instead of thinking about the lack of friction, get yourself juiced up on how dilated she is and wet from being turned on by you. Begin to retrain your brain.

It’s sound like fun sex! By the way, what does “mph” stand for?

Hi this is actually my second post but I’m still new to all this. I had a question maybe someone can direct me to the correct place or maybe provide some input thanks. 😬

I was reading some online abstracts, in short, they said that people that are double jointed are actually just people that have extra elastic collagen fibers in their connective tissue. This causes them to stretch their ligaments/tendons to creates the extended range that we call double jointed.

I am double jointed and was wondering how that would affect PE.
1)Any theories or thoughts on this?

Well, seems like your’e partner really likes to have sex with you, given she is getting that wet. That’s a big compliment in my book!

After I passed 40 years of age my EQ took a drop, but I think this is quite normal. PE’ing the last few months has actually helped me regain some of the EQ lost from earlier years. For me personally I think jelqing has helped improved blood circulation to keep the erection going, eventhough my wife (as your’e partner) gets really wet when we have sex.

I have come in search of flaccid girth gain techniques. At least something to get rid of the hourglass shape when it’s dangling 😬
