Hey fellas.

So I used to do a bit of PE back in 2013-2014, mostly lurked over at PE Gym. I had really bad concentration, a really bad porn addiction, and a lot of stress combined with flawed reasons for pursuing PE. After some months on the newbie routine (JP90 or some such?) I called it quits, kind of. What happened was I decided to dump porn for good before taking up PE seriously again.

Well, here we are. It’s been a while, and there are no guarantees I won’t fall right back into addiction. But I have a lot of things in order right now that I never would’ve dreamed of all those years ago. Currently looking at gathering some information on how to potentially incorporate US heat (US Pro 2000 2nd Ed.) in a newbie routine.. Might have to start a thread for that.

Ultra Sound is an extremely advanced form of PE.

Start with the Newbie Routine. Add some v-stretches to release the septum, add pumping with the proper sized tube and stack different sized tubes, try a traction extender, move onto compression and VAC hanging, move up to fulcrum hanging (advanced) to release the septum, maybe try clamping (also very advanced).

Use an IR heat lamp and heating pads before/during/after a PE session.

The idea with Ultra Sound is that your septum gains have been completely exhausted and US pushes it to stretch so you can then go back and work the other exercises to actual gain erect length.

I believe nearly everyone on this site will advise to train in various aspects of PE consistently for a year before trying ultrasound.

I’ve gotten some mixed signals re: US. Some folks (Kyrpa?) seem to talk about US as the most efficient and harm-reducing way to PE, essentially being the only way to promote collagen expansion without inducing inflammation. Consequently, I’ve never understood why it wouldn’t transfer over well to a newbie routine or be septum-specific by necessity.

In any case I’ve got my IR lamp as well, some good lube and I reckon most of the technique I worked hard to perfect. Since I am in no rush to get started I’ll do my best to gather and sort through all the information I can. There’s a LOT of it, and parsing through what’s outdated, irrelevant, crazy or unsubstantiated just to find something close to a common consensus can be a bit daunting. Nevertheless, we persist.

Hey all. It’s my first post and I wish you all happy gains. P.s. My aim is to gain length. Can anyone tell me what works length that would be awesome. What I mean by that is extenders increase length etc. In the meantime I’m going to be scrolling through the forums. Seems to be a lot of information to read.. (in a good way)

This is my first post but I have been lurking and researching for some time. I started actually doing manual exercises in September of 2019 around 6” BPEL. Stayed in a good routine for most of the winter and gained what I felt was a lot, max BPEL of 7.125”. Also started losing weight around the same time and have lost 60-70 lbs. Just wanted to say thanks to everyone that is good with words and giving information! It has helped and drove me! Looking forward to getting serious again through the winter with a routine!

Hey guys! I’ve checked out Thunder’s Place periodically for years, but since the pandemic I’ve hunkered down, invested in a Bath mate and knock-off Phallosan, and I figured I’d come here for a little motivation since I have no one else to talk to about this stuff. I’ve also been hitting the gym about 5 times a week since they opened again, and I’m stoked to see that other guys on here seem to care as much about improving their muscles as much as their dick. Looking forward to making gains!
