New to the PE experience(couple weeks of 2 on 1 day off). I’ve noticed some posts mention they see more length growth with “stretching” exercises and girth from Jelqing. What should I be feeling at the end of each session? I don’t want to get injured kind of like gym mentality, want to have the least amount of down time from injury

Your current routine is a great place to start.

The volume of jelqing is similar to that found in the Newbie Routine . The evening AM sessions I personally would compare to edging sessions, which should only support your healing. I recommend not cumming after the AM sessions. Take a rest day every couple of days.

I would also recommend beginning a progress thread, this provides a place to log your routine, results and get feedback from other members.

Focus On Girth Gains

I’ve made this account years ago, but never really went through with PE.

I think it’s time to start overall I’m pretty comfortable with my length it’s girth I’m lacking, any advice/recommendations?

Hi brothers, Mister_no here. Long time lurker and this is my 1st post. I discovered PE maybe around 15 years ago but I did not do any serious try. I bought male hanger, chinese no name air pump and bathmate over the years but never used them in solid routine. BTW, I am 44, 110kg with lots of fat pad. I am suffering low EQ and I have embarrassing small flaccid. I have never been in a healthy body and mental situation so I never give a try to anything. I always choose the easiest way in my life, “hiding”! Anyway, I hope I can create a new path of my life, First of all I would like to thank many of you, most of you are so friendly, helpful and inspirational. Lots of brothers answered my PM’s, and my silly questions, thanks again.

Can I split the training in two or three parts

Hello! I Joined today but was already giving a try for a few weeks.

I will have to split my daily routine in two or three different moments during the day. I don’t want my wife to notice the process, just the results. Working and with three young kids I don’t have too much time alone and I want to be discrete. Do you think it’s still possible to see results doing it like that?

Personally I think that this is fine. I commonly break my routine schedule down based on opportunity. PE takes a back seat to much of my schedule and therefore, for better or for worse, my routines run as time permits throughout the day.

I believe consistency and listening to your PI’s are most critical.

Others can also provide feedback based on their experience.

Hey all,

I haven’t posted until today as I’m trying to earn some tenure or whatever you’d like to call it so I can start some threads of my own as I believe I may have some great topics to discuss with the community here.

I’ve been a member for a few months but a lurker for maybe about four years. I stumbled on a few PE sites way back and definitely liked thundersplace the best! I did start off Jelqing a few years back but didn’t stick with it for more than a few weeks / months and saw no results. I got serious around early November 2018 and I’m not positive I’ve seen much improvement. I believe I “graduated” the newbie routine although I didn’t follow it to a T necessarily.

I’m nowhere near a veteran but I dropped jelqing (due to possibly being less worth my time than other methods and also concerns of sensitivity loss) but I have since moved on to manual stretching, air pumping (typically around 5 HG but sometimes “pulse” up to 6 or slightly more and back down or hold the higher pressure for the last minute or less of the session), All day stretching (made from a captain’s wench) hanging (also using a captain’s wench but yet to exceed 5 pounds end even that is quite difficult for my unit. Oh and I pretty much only do standing although I have done BTC at my desk a few times) and most recently a bath mate (water pumping although not very consistent) and the very rare occasion of clamping. Also I use a heat lamp for most of my hanging and some pumping.

I took a picture when I first began and measure every so often with pictures still. I initially got excited because it appeared I may have gained a quarter to a half inch or so since beginning seriously, however I can’t help but wonder of it’s just different EQ levels and my measuring as I still don’t have a ruler so have been using measuring tape.

One last thing, I sometimes notice improved EQ after some pumping or jelqing but not always. Overall I don’t feel my EQ is all that great unless I’m stimulated by my girlfriend (in which case I’m usually rock hard) or sometimes by reminiscing of her. I’m not sure if I should be concerned but for several years now, I haven’t really gotten many random boners or even morning wood very often at all. In fact I would say the morning wood is very rare (except sometimes the morning after I pumped the previous night, although I have noticed typically when I stay with my girlfriend, I’ll wake up very hard and pretty much stay that way until either we get up or we get it on) Even after beginning PE I wouldn’t say I’ve noticed much difference in EQ other than it seeming worse after the first 2 or 3 months of jelqing (again that’s why I stopped that).

I hope I can see some real results because back in March when I asked my girlfriend if she’s had bigger, she told me ( while drunk) “yeah but just my ex”. Who she was with for 9 years.. And then she went on to say and I quote “Oh! Except this one! It was FUCKING. HUGE. I thought my vagina was gonna break.”

Now at this time I was probably 6.75 to 7” BPEL (minimal fat pad so NBPEL probably 6.5 at the smallest) and I’m unfortunately baseball bat shaped so lower half girth around 4.75 and upper half girth around 5 1/8 to 5 1/4.

I know I’m not huge and have always wanted more but those words truly f***** me up. One of the worst things I’ve ever heard in my life and I’ve never felt quite the same since.. I’m determined to grow by just about any means necessary. Not saying I will be stupid and rash but if I don’t see some results within a year or so I’ll likely pursue PMMA injections.

Yeah I know it’s something I shouldn’t worry about but I absolutely do. I know there will always be someone bigger and I don’t mind that. It’s the fact that she could be the one in my mind and I can’t not picture her pulling out some other guys enormous dick and saying “oh my god you’re the biggest I’ve ever seen!” And then being either really excited or really apprehensive to try it cause of the size but she does it anyway.. I imagine her trying to get it in her mouth and she can’t but then he goes to slide it in and it’s very difficult as she’s so petite and she did say it didn’t feel good and she didn’t enjoy it. But the fact of the matter is she still took it.. I don’t know all the details so some of this could be wrong but some could be right and it really kills me. She had this giant thing in her hands and still decided to let him try and it worked cause she had it inside her. I don’t know how long she sat through that or if he even finished or she mad him stop but she still took it either because she’s competitive and goal driven, because she wanted it, or out of curiosity. I don’t know which one is worse. I also don’t know if she just by all odds ran into this thing and decided to had to hop on or if she actively sought it out. Again, not a promiscuous girl but she liked black men before me and unfortunately some girls seem to seek them because, well we all know the stereotype and it’s very prominent.

Anyway sorry my grammar sucks but I was wondering and don’t know if this has been discussed but I’ve read countless posts about newbie gains an how they are your best gains you’ll receive outa the gate. Now before I even post this I could care less about backlash from anyone even vets this is something I’ve wondered with my own health at stake an something I’m questioning. Now let’s get started I’m a newbie 2 months in at best I’ve read how newbie gains are the best gains you’ll get in short time but also I’ve read the most intense exercises if you will are for conditioned people. I’ve also read about pis an all that. What if one was to shorten extreme exercises to a minimum an watch there pis closely. Could you achieve maximum gains while in the newbie phase?

Well I can tell you, your attitude leaves a lot to be desired. Read and give it a try like the rest of us. No one is going to theory craft for you in the newbie thread.

Hi guys,

Long time lurker and done PE on and off but never seriously committed to it due to time constraints with my life. I just wanted to post here and start getting my user name out there. Once I get my next tier membership, I want to start a thread on different supplements and keep extensive logs of everything I do to including exercise so people can have a relatively easy way to see the data for themselves. Not saying others on here haven’t done that, but I just want to make one for myself with my demographic info to help increase the body of knowledge for the site. I have a research background in science as well so hopefully that will help make the information better for you all as well.
